Through the research on the ANSYS optimization design, the design quality of the drilling machine is improved greatly. It is proved that the capability of water well rig is advanced and operation is reliable by field tests in red beds region. The drilling machine is adaptive to the red beds region , expectably has a wide application foreground .

实践证明，通过ANSYS优化设计，使钻机的设计质量得到很大提高，所研制的轻便水井钻机经现场试验证明：技术性能达到设计要求，机械运转可靠，易搬迁，适应红层地区钻井的特点，具有广阔的市场前景。

And then, according to the above research, a portable instrument, based on PC-104 embedded technique, is designed for the inspection of the corrosions on oil storage tank floor. Some problems occurred during the testing, such as straightly walking、turning and installing of the instrument are solved. At last, the instrument is applied in the storage tank of ZhenHai chemical plant. It shows that the portable MFL instrument can detect 4mm diameter、0.5mm deep hole in 6mm thick plate and 8mm diameter、1.1mm deep hole in 12mm thick plate. The whole instrument is about 22kg heavy. The battery can keep on working for 6.5 hours. It is an efficient way for the testing of the corrosion on oil storage tank floor.

在上述实验研究的基础上，成功研制出一台基于PC104的便携式储罐底板腐蚀漏磁检测仪，解决了仪器使用过程中遇到的直线行走、转向和安装困难等关键问题，并在中国石化镇海炼化进行了应用，实验室和现场试验表明，该便携式储罐底板腐蚀漏磁检测仪能检出6mm厚钢板上φ4mm×0.5mm和12mm厚钢板上φ8mm×0.5mm的腐蚀坑，整体重量22kg，电池能连续工作6.5小时，很好的解决了储罐底板腐蚀的检测问题。
