This paper would like to understand the present situation and theories of sheltered workshop by the literature. Through the interview and observation of sheltered workshops in Taipei which its cost and surplusage number of disability employment is the highest, and refers to the method of European and American countries society enterprise. After compared with data, theories and experience, we expect could provide sheltered workshop in Taiwan a brand-new idea.

本篇论文拟藉由文献的探讨来了解国内外庇护工场的现况和相关理论，透过深度访谈及观察国内庇护工场，尤其是在各县市推动身心障碍就业的主要财源—身心障碍者就业基金里，历年来余额及支出数目最高的台北市实际情形，并且同时参考欧美国家社会企业之相关作法，期望能在相关资料分析、理论及实务的对照之后，提供台湾庇护工场一个全新的观念。

The research instrument was The Team Cohesion Scale. The result of data analysis by investigating questionnaire was the following: 1. The analysis of the current status of team cohesion of handball players in universities and high schools: the team cohesion of handball players in universities perceived more "Work Cohesion". 研究对象是以大学院校152人及高中237人手球选手计389人，研究所采用工具为「团队凝聚力量表」，问卷调查后，经汇整统计分析，其结果为：一、大学院校与高中的手球选手团队凝聚力之现况分析：大学院校团队凝聚力中的「工作凝聚力」最高，其次是「社会凝聚力」；高中的部分团队凝聚力同样和大学院校「工作凝聚力」高於「社会凝聚力」。
