首先以丙烯酰胺水溶液为连续相，以苯乙烯为分散相，ST-80为乳化剂制成微乳液，在15℃~35℃合成丙烯酰胺与苯乙烯的共聚物；然后采用程序控温方式，在60℃~90℃用硫酸羟胺将共聚物羟肟化合成了一种带有苯环结构的嵌段型氧肟酸类聚合物材料。

The structure analysis indicates that the reverse symmetry ligand H4LB molecules are linked into a 2D supermolecular network by two types of hydrogen bonds. One type occurs between the oxalamide oxygen group and the phenol hydroxyl qroup of the nearest molecule with d=2.906(2) and ∠O-H…O=151.8°. The other type is between the oxalamide nitrogen group and the oxalamide oxygen group of anther molecule with d=2.849(2),∠N-H…O=158.7°.

晶体结构研究表明配体H4L为顺式桥联分子，晶体中存在两种氢键，一种是草酰胺基团的O原子与苯环上的酚羟基形成O-H…O氢键[d=2.906(2)，∠O-H…O=151.8°]；另一种是草酰胺基团的氨基与相邻草酰胺基上的O原子形成N-H…O氢键[d=2.849(2)，∠N-H…O=158.7°]，通过上述两种氢键将化合物H4LB连接成二维网络结构。

Phenylenediamines, aminophenols, methoxyanil ines, and 1,4- hydroquinone, 1-naphthylamine were polymerized via the catalysis of horseradish peroxidase in mixed solvents of l,4-dioxane and water at amibient conditions by using hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant. Several factors influencing the polymer yield, such as the concentration of the substrate, pH value and oxidant amount were examined using a- phenylenediamine as substrate.

In the last part we first synthesized the propargylic amines though several methods and then developed a new methodology for the synthesis of -α-chloroalkylidene-β-lactams via the catalysis of PdCl〓 with CuCl〓 and BQ with moderate to good yields and good generality.

In this paper, 4-4-(trifluoromethoxy benzoyl cyclohexyl-3, 5-diaminobenzoate with a large branch chain, pyromellitic dianhydride and 4-(4-aminobenzyl) benzenamine were used to synthesize polyimides. The effect of monomer charge order on pretilt angle was investigated for the first time when PIs were used as LC alignment layer, and the effect of diamine mole ratio on pretilt angle was studied. The thermal stability of the pretilt angle was discussed.

文章用均苯四酸二酐、4，4'-二胺基二苯甲烷和具有较大支链的4-（4-苯甲酰基）环己基－3，5-二胺基苯甲酸酯等单体制备聚酰亚胺，首次研究了单体加料顺序对液晶预倾角的影响，同时也研究了二胺配比对液晶预倾角的影响问题，并探讨了预倾角的热稳定性等问题。

The glycyrrhizic acid antigen is prepared through the process including following steps: dissolving glycyrrhizic acid in N, N-dimethyl formamide, dioxane or dimethyl sulfoxide, heliophobically adding N-hydroxy succinimide, reacting with dicyclohexylcarbodiimide at 0-10 deg.c for 2-5 hr; and reacting with carrier protein at normal temperature for 4-6 hr to obtain glycyrrhizic acid antigen.

本发明所提供的甘草酸抗体，是用甘草酸抗原免疫动物，然后从被免疫动物的血清中分离得到的；所述甘草酸抗原按如下过程制备：先将甘草酸溶解在N，N-二甲基甲酰胺、二氧六环或二甲基亚砜中，避光加入N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺，然后在0-10℃条件下与二环己基碳二亚胺反应2-5小时；接着与载体蛋白常温反应4-6小时，得到甘草酸抗原。

Methods 4-Hydroxy- benzonitrile was treated with sodium hydrogen sulfide and anhydrous magnesium chloride in dimethyl formamide to give thioamide, which was then directly cyclized with ethyl 2-chloroacetoacetate without separation to give ethyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylate(2) in one-pot; then 2 was formylated with Duff reaction adopting hexamethylenetetramine in trifluoroacetic acid to give ethyl 2-(3-formyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylate(3); finally, the target compound was obtained by the treatment of 3 with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium formate in formic acid.

Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral dataIR,FAB-MS,~(1H-NMR,and ~(13)C-NMR.Result: Six compounds were isolated and identified as: aurantiamide acetate(1),cyclo(2),N-p-coumaroyltyramine(3), N-trans-feruloyltyramine(4),N-cis-feruloyltyramine(5),and nicotinic acid(6),respectively.

结果：分离鉴定了6个生物碱，分别为aurantiamide acetate(1)、环二肽(2)、香豆酰基酪胺(3)、N-反式阿魏酰基酪胺(4)、N-顺式阿魏酰基酪胺(5)、烟酸(6)。
