Started from D-tyrosine, we obtained the tetramic acid 96 using Jouin reaction. The assembly of the second fragment 109 was stared from 1,4-butandiol,using asymmetric alkylation reaction developed by Oppolzer as a key step. Coupling of the tetramic acid 96 with 109 provided the key intermediate 110 according to Yoshii\'s procedure. After remove protective group and Sharpless epoxidation, we obtained the key intermediate 113. Its macrocyclization to form the final product is in progress.

本论文的第二章主要对Macrocidin A开展了合成工作，我们从D构型的酪氨酸出发，经过官能团转换；利用Jouin反应生成Tetramic acid 96，另外一个片断从1，4-丁二醇开始经过多步反应生成碘化物104，利用Oppolzer发展的手性樟脑磺酰胺为辅基参与的不对称烷基化反应，引入手性甲基，生成关键中间体109，接着通过Yoshii发展的方法连接96和109生成110，经过Sharpless不对称环氧化反应建立环氧化合物，然后脱去保护基得到关环前体113，分子内的Mitsunobu反应进行关大环反应正在进行之中。

The results show that:(1) When Cu〓 equatorially coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from amine ligands such as ethylenediamine, N-methylethylenediamine, 1, 2-diaminopropane and 1, 4, 8, 11-tetraazacyclotetradecane, etc., Cu〓 could be axially coordinated by oxygen atoms of-SO〓 group.

研究结果表明：（1）当Cu〓在赤道平面与来自胺配体（如乙二胺、N-甲基乙二胺、1，2-丙二胺和1，4，8，11-四氮杂环十四癸烷等）的四个氮原子配位后，在轴向则可以与来自磺酸根离子的-SO〓基团氧原子配位。

Good thermal stability and self-extinguishing behavior was observed with the cured polybenzoxazine resins. Second, furan-containing benzoxazine monomers, P-FBz, BPA-FBz, and 4FP-FBz were prepared using furfurylamine as a raw material. Formation of furfurylamine Mannich bridge networks in the polymerizations of P-FBz and BPA-FBz increased the cross-linking densities and thermal stability of the resulting polybenzoxazines. P-FBz and BPA-FBz- based polymers also exhibited high glass transition temperatures above 300℃, high char yields, and low flammability with a limited oxygen index value of 31. The dielectric (Dk3.21–3.39) and mechanical properties (high storage modulus of 3.0–3.9 GPa and low coefficient of thermal expansion of 37.7– 45.4 ppm) of the P-FBz and BPA-FBz-based polymers were superior or comparable to other polybenzoxazines. 4FP-FBz used for polybenzo- xazine modification by means of formation of benzoxazine hybridation with P-FBz.

第二部份以2-呋喃甲胺为起始物，制备了P-FBz、4FP-FBz与BPA-FBz 三个含呋喃官能基之氧代氮代苯并环己烷的单体；BPA-FBz与P-FBz於开环聚合中形成之Mannich bridge网状结构有效地提升聚氧代氮代苯并环己烷聚合物之交联密度与热安定性；Poly与Poly具有大於300℃之玻璃转移温度、高的焦炭生成率与具有31之极限氧指数(Limited oxygen index， LOI)的难燃性特质，Poly与Poly之介电常数(Dk=3.21~3.39)与机械性质[3.0~3.9 GPa的储存模数与37.7~45.4ppm之低热膨胀系数( Low coefficient of thermal expansion， Low CTE)]均较其他聚氧代氮代苯并环己烷为优；4FP-FBz具有低之介电常数(Dk=2.7)，以其作为降低介电常数之反应型改质剂，与P-FBz混成，证实可有效地降低Poly的介电常数。

Two new active esters of acrylic acids monomers, N-p-acryloxybenzoyloxy succini-mide and N-p-methacryloxybenzoyloxy succinimide have been synthesized and polymerized.ABOSu and MBOSu were prepared by coupling of p-acryloxybenzoic acid or p-methacryloxybenzoie acid with N-hydroxy succinimide in the presence of dicyclohexylcarbodimide.

AFTN demulsifiers of polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene amine ethers are synthesized from oxypropylene, oxyethylene and amine under a lower pressure less than 0.5 MPa and in the presence of the KOH catalyst, oxypropylene polymerizes at (130±5)℃ temperature, and oxyethylene polymerizes at (120±5)℃ temperature.

objective to study the effects of berbamine and batiolun on ldh metabolizability in the process of increasing leukocyte.methods enzyme biochemical techniques is used to study the effect of berbamine and batiolˉun in the process of inceasing leukocyte and also to study the effect of ldh metabolizability.results when leukocyte is inhibited by the immune inhibitor cycolophosphamcide,berbamine and batiolun are compared of the effect of ldh activity.conclusionthe study draws the conclusion that both berbamine and batiolun can increase thegranule cell,and they also have some effect of the ldh metabolizability.

目的 研究小檗胺和鲨肝醇升高白细胞作用及对细胞内ldh的代谢的影响。方法采用酶细胞化学方法，对两种药物在治疗由免疫抑制剂环磷酰胺所致的白细胞减少症时，对乳酸脱氢酶活性的影响进行了比较观察。结果小檗胺和鲨肝醇均可升高粒细胞，同时对细胞内ldh的代谢有一定的影响。结论小檗胺和鲨肝醇能使外周血粒细胞增加，可用于治疗多种因素引起的白细胞减少症。
