This Thesis consists of the following five pacts: Following a brief Introduction on the mechanism of reactions of coenzyme NADH models with activated ethylenic compounds is discussed. Pross-Shaik treatment is employed to analyze the results.

The synthetic route of glycidyl nitrate was improved. Glycidol was synthesized by the cyclization process from allyl alcohol and m-CPBA, then glycidyl nitrate was synthesized with glycidol as raw materials and HNO3/ 2O as nitrating agent.

Also studied was aza Diels-Alder reaction catalyzed by polyclonal antibody. The bicyclic [2, 2, 2] heptene and the aimed immunogen were synthesized via the key intermolecular asymmetric aza Diels-Alder reaction. Then four polyclonal antibodies were obtained by immunizing rabbit.
