Abstracts: To sample high speed random signals without drop, a design of O-shaped high speed random signals acquisition card based on the CPLD and its realization are presented. It consists of same three sets of acquisitive circuits, which construct O-shaped structure to sample the signals without drop .And it adopts threshold judging method to determine the valid data in the process of the acquisition, abandons vast of the redundant useless data at the same time, it only sends the useful data to the host computer by the way of DMA, so it is easy to processing the data. The design is concise and reliable. The sketch map of the logic circuit and the explanation of the main parts are presented. This design has been applied in the engineering project of sampling α nuclide.

为了对随机到来的信号进行不丢失的高速采集，提出了一种基于CPLD的随机信号环形高速采集卡的设计与实现；通过采用三套采集电路形成一个环形结构，可以对随机到来的信号进行不遗漏的高速采集，而且在采集过程中利用阈值的方法鉴别出有用信号，并舍弃了大量的冗余无用数据，从而只将有用数据以DMA的方式传于主机，便于进行信号的处理；电路设计简洁可靠，并给出了主要的逻辑电路示意图与主要部件说明；该系统已经应用在采集α核素的工程实践中。

CGRP content in myocardium gradually enhanced from normal group to controls group, and model group's was the highest. We found immunopositive neurons and nerve fibers of nNOS and CGRP by immunochemistry in normal myocardium. They were mainly round-shaped and oval-shaped, also tadpole-shaped、 shuttle-shaped、triangle-shaped、ring-shaped and irregular-shaped. Nv of neurons and nerve fibers in atria were more than in ventricle in some degree; Those in right part of heart were more than in left. Morphology of CGRP neurons changed in model group, the number of ring-shaped neurons increasing, while the round-shaped and oval-shaped decreasing, and Nv and Sv of model group were markedly less than normal. Expression of nNOS mRNA was overly higher than normal group, but CGRP was opposite.

心肌组织CGRP的含量由正常组、实验对照组至CHF组逐渐升高，差异显著；免疫组化研究表明心肌组织中存在nNOS和CGRP免疫阳性神经细胞及纤维，细胞形态多样，正常多以圆形和椭圆形为主，还有梭形、蝌蚪形、三角形、指环形及不规则形，细胞密度心房高于心室，右心高于左心；CHF组CGRP神经细胞形态有一定改变，淡染的指环形细胞增多，而深染圆形或椭圆形细胞减少，其面、数密度均明显低于正常组，差异显著；用RT-PCR测得CHF组nNOS mRNA极度表达，显著高于正常组，而CGRP表达明显低于正常组。

The calculation and experiment results show that the maximum lifting pressure performance decreases with the increase in throat diameter of channel of variable section, water flux of low pressure and pressure ratio of steam nozzle, and has its minimum value with water nozzle annular space. The coefficient of maximum lifting pressure performance may be as high as 26. In the design of steam injector, the larger pressure ratio of steam nozzle and the smaller water nozzle annular space are selected, the higher lifting pressure performance could be obtained.

计算及研究表明：极限升压能力随变截面混合腔喉部直径、被升压的低压水流量和蒸汽喷嘴压比增加而降低，随环形水喷嘴间隙的变化出现了最小值；计算得出变截面超音速汽液两相流装置的极限升压能力可达26；在设计升压装置时应尽可能选取较大的蒸汽喷嘴压比和较小的环形水喷嘴间隙。
