Effect of heat treatment on the ndcrophase separation of a segmented poly copolymer based on poly diol, 3, 5 dithyltoluene diandne and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate has been studied bymeans of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.

用傅里叶变换红外光谱方法研究了热处理对由聚环氧丙烷聚醚多元醇、3.5－二乙基甲苯二胺和4，4－二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯组成的多嵌段聚氨酯脲的微相分离行为的影响。

The affections on the yield of DLLA caused by catalyst, temperature and time etc. were studied. By using ethylene glycol as diluent, the distillate temperature of DLLA was lowed and the carbonization phenomenon could be avoided, which caused the yield of DLLA increasing from 36.8% to 51.3%. The molecular weight of PDLLA prepared by this method could reach 184,000. DLLA and PDLLA was characterized and analyzed by DSC, XRD and IR.The key of direct method to synthesize PDLLA is the exclusion of H2O from reaction system.

丙交酯开环聚合制备PDLLA的关键在于中间体D，L-丙交酯的制备，研究了催化剂、反应温度、反应时间等因素对DLLA产率的影响，通过在反应体系中加入稀释剂乙二醇，DLLA的馏出温度明显降低，避免了DLLA在蒸馏过程中产生碳化现象，并使DLLA的平均产率由36.8％提高至51.3％，制备的PDLLA分子量最大值达18.4万。

Second, using DBU as the base for enolization of propargylic esters of unsaturated acids 18e-k, we developed a tandem Ireland-Claisen rearrangement /isomerization reactions. It has been shown that the reaction sequence affords triene molecules 42a-b and 43a-b in moderated to high yields. Interestingly, with allyl hexa-3,5-dienoates 18i-j as the substrate, the rearranged products underwent further aromatization to give uniquely substituted benzyl acids 44a-b.

The synthesis of 4,5,7-trichloroquinoline makes use of ethyl orthoformate, cyanoacetic ester and 3,5-dichloroaniline as the raw materials. The synthesis is completed by four steps: condensation, cyclization, hydrolyzation and chlorination. Several conditions concerned in the process are studied, the whole yield of 4,5,7-trichloroquinoline is about 53%, and the purity of it is about 96%. All the products are testified by IR, NMR and HPLC.

D limonene was distributed among the culture flasks (200 mg/L). The flasks were incubated at 28oC on a rotary shaker (r/min=120) for 5 days. On completion, the culture broth were successively extracted with EtOAc. The extract was quantitatively measured by gas chromatography mass spectrometry analysis, The results showed that biocatalytic reactions were comprised of oxidation, including hydroxylation and ketonization which occurred at different positions of the D limonene, as well as hydrogenation, hydrolyzation, esterification and cyclic cleavage. These bacteria strains possess the distinctive biocatalytic capacities towards the D limonene. A series of terpenoids, including sesqui , di and tri terpernoids were also observed,which was accounted for D limonene had influence on the metabolites of marine bacteria.
