玉米

The regularity, characteristic, and degree of pest imperilment of Dewu in Zhongshan district(middle-high altitude) and Lemin town in Panxian district (middle-low altitude) was researched in this thesis. And by analysing the similarities and differences of different pests in the two regions, this thesis bringing forward the control efficienticy from the views of production and ecology.

本文以在六盘水玉米生产中有代表性的钟山区德坞办事处和盘县乐民镇为代表，分别调查两地玉米主要害虫的发生规律、为害特点和为害程度，分析两地玉米主要害虫发生为害的异同，同时进行了药剂防治试验，并从生产全局及生态学的观点出发，提出了玉米害虫综合治理措施。

The result of analysis of maize quality indicates that under enhanced UV-B radiation, there is different influence on the percentage composition of soluble sugar of different varieties, and the tendency and amplitude of content variation of glucose, levulose and sucrose are different. The percentage composition of starch decreases, and lysine and protein increase. The variation tendency and amplitude of the protein with differentsolubility are different. The change of chemical quality in maize seeds is marked, and the effects of UV-B radiation are different with different maize variation.

UV-B增加对玉米品质影响的分析表明：UV-B增加处理下玉米的可溶性糖百分含量的变化不同的王米品种有着不同的表现，且葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖变化的趋势及幅度也是不同的；淀粉百分含量是降低的；赖氨酸及蛋白质的含量比对照组要高；不同溶性的蛋白质受到影响后其变化趋向及幅度均不相同，玉米籽粒化学品质的变化是显著的；不同的玉米品种受到UV-B增加的影响后，其变化是不同的。

With 3 waxy maize varieties and a normal maize variety as the tested material, the Logistic equation was used to fit the grain filling process so as to analyze the relationship between the a series of filling parameters and days after pollination and compared the grain filling characteristics of normal maize and waxy maize.

方法］以3个糯玉米品种和1个普通玉米品种为试验材料，用Logistic方程拟合籽粒灌浆过程，分析一系列籽粒灌浆参数与授粉后天数的关系，比较普通玉米与糯玉米的籽粒灌浆特性。

Based on the water and fertilizer coupling experiment in corn field,one-dimensional soil moisture content model containing the water uptake corn roots is used in this paper to simulate the evapotranspiration and the water uptake of corn roots and the change of soil pondage and soil moisture budget under the different water and fertilizer coupling conditions in corn field.

结果表明：在玉米生长初期以棵间蒸发为主，其后则是以植株蒸腾为主；玉米在30～40 cm土层吸水速率达到最大值；玉米灌水量为田间持水量的70%与85%对土壤0～80 cm土层贮水量的贡献是相等的，并且高肥力在一定程度上可增强根系的吸水能力，高灌水可增强玉米根系对养分的吸收利用，但对于提高水肥利用率来说，理想的处理为中肥中水。

Therefore it's necessary to contol the concentration of TW80 to use it in the remediation of pyrene contaminated soil by AMF and corn integrated systerm.4. The AMF community and the single species derived from rock oil-contaminated soil all can be combined with corn and promote the remidation of pyrene contaminated soil , the original AMF community has obvious advantages and behave best.The residual pyrene concentration of soil in the treatments with the mixed AMF community M4 (Glomus intraradices, Glomus mosseae, Glomus etunicatum and Acaulospora tuberculata) and corn integrated systerm got 0.12mg/kg,0.54mg/kg and 3.92mg/kg respectively in 1mg/kg, 10mg/kg and 50 mg/kg pyrene treatments,decreased 32.6%,58.6% and 42.2% respectively than that of the treatment of M1,decreased 28.1%,59.9% and 36.6% than that of M2(G.intradices), decreased 2.7%,55% and 23.5% than that of M3 (G.intradices + G.mossea).5.Large scale reproduce overall of AMF community which coming from rud oil-contaminated soil in the absence of the original conditions will change the quantiy,composition and structure of the AMF population and may has negative impact on it's function in the remedition of soil pyrene contamination.

因此，在植物与AMF联合修复土壤芘污染中使用TW80应该注意控制TW80的浓度。4、从石油污染土壤中扩繁出的AMF混合菌群及其中的单一菌种与玉米联合均能促进土壤芘污染的修复，原始混合菌群具有明显的种群优势，其与玉米联合修复土壤芘污染的效果最佳。1mg/kg、10mg/kg和50mg/kg芘处理土壤中，玉米接种混合菌种M4(Glomus intraradices， Glomus mosseae， Glomus etunicatum和Arcaulospora tuberculata)处理土壤的芘残留浓度分别为0.12mg/kg，0.54mg/kg和3.92mg/kg，分别比接种单一菌种M1处理降低了32.6%，58.6%和42.2%，比接种单一菌种M2(G.intradices)处理降低了28.1%，59.9%和36.6%，比接种复合菌种M3(G.intradices+G.mossea)处理降低了2.7%，55%和23.5%。5、从石油污染土壤中扩繁出的混合AMF菌群在无原始条件下的整体扩繁会改变菌群的组成及其结构，并会对菌群与玉米联合修复土壤芘污染的功能产生不利影响。

用AFLP分子标记技术对 5 0个有代表性的玉米及其野生近缘种大刍草、摩擦禾、薏苡材料进行了遗传关系分析。利用 2 1个PstⅠ MseⅠ引物组合检出可辨认带共 6 4 1条，其中多态性带 5 86条，平均每对引物得到 30 5 2条多态性带，多态性 91 4 %。聚类分析结果表明，可以将 5 0个材料分为 3大类，与已有的玉米族分类一致，但与玉蜀黍属内的种间和种内分类存在差异，说明大刍草各种内存在较大的遗传多样性。本实验发现玉蜀黍属与摩擦禾关系比与薏苡的关系更近，但并没有发现玉米与小颖玉米亚种比与其他大刍草的遗传关系更近。
