On the base of small scale experiment,preparation of Oligopeptides by hydrolyzing 100kg CGM were studied using enzyme technology in this paper.

本文在多次小试实验的基础上，利用酶工程技术对100kg玉米蛋白粉水解制备玉米短肽进行了中试研究，为推动玉米蛋白资源的深加工和产业化进程提供依据。

Furthermore, for the two inbreeds 18-599 and 18-599 , there are such very important characters as the high CA, high yield, strong resistance to disease and insects, good agricultural characters, good adaptability to ecological and producing condition of southwest mountain areas and therefore, three new superior hybrids have been achieved and several new crosses are being taken part in experiments of new varieties'district trial on respective levels, this reveals that they have great potential for maize breeding.

With no nitrogen application,water use by 6 varieties of wheat/maize intercrops relative to sole crops were decreased by 4.82%～8.79%.Water use efficiency by wheat of 171 /maize intercrops relative to sole crops were increased by 9.25%,yet the other varieties of wheat/maize intercrops relative to sole crops were decreased by 2.30%～15.06%.

不施氮条件下，6个小麦品种与玉米间作相对于单作水分消耗量减少4.82%～8.79%，小麦品种171与玉米间作相对于单作水分利用效率增加9.25%，而其余5个品种与玉米间作较单作减少2.30%～15.06%。

The results showed:Under the same fertilizer consumption,covered with straw and covered with film can increase the chlorophyll content and total leer area duration of the maize,can improve leaf nitrate reeducates activity,Photosynthesis and roots vigor,and the nitrate reeducates activity,the chlorophyll content and the roots vigor present positive correlation with yield. Meanwhile,average dry matter accumulation of straw-covered increased 7.1% than this of no-ploughed,yield increased 15.3%.The average dry matter accumulation of film-covered increased 20.1% than which of no-ploughed and 12.1% than which of plough and covered with straws.And yield increased 26.8% and 10.1%,notable differences.

结果表明：在相同的肥料用量条件下，秸秆覆盖和薄膜覆膜对玉米生长发育具有良好的促进作用，能显著增加玉米叶片叶绿素含量和光合势，增强叶片硝酸还原酶活性和根系活力，同时玉米叶片硝酸还原酶活性、叶绿素含量、根系活力等与最终籽粒产量呈正相关；秸秆覆盖比免耕全生育期平均单株干物质积累量增加7.1%，籽粒产量增加15.3%，薄膜覆膜分别比免耕和翻耕残茬覆盖全生育期平均单株干物质积累量增加20.1%和12.1%，最终籽粒产量增加26.8%和10.1%，差异显著。

With saccharified liquid of corn meal and cassava starch as a material respectively, the effects of corn steep liquor concentrations on glycerol fermentation by osmophilic yeast were discussed.

Using the byproduct,namely,the corn skin and grit produced from corn starch and protein extraction as the material of the saccharifying koji fermentation,and then hydrolysing the corn skin and grit with this kind of saccharifying koji,the saccharified solution was obtained.

Co-firing characteristics of corn stalk and stone coal in different proportion were investigated by thermal gravimetric analysis. The results showed that corn stalk can improve the ignition and combustion of stone coal. The agglomeration experiments on corn stalk were made in a bench-scale bubbling fluidized bed with quartz sand as bed material and stone coal ash as additive. The results indicate that stone coal ash can inhibit agglomeration of bed material particles at temperature of 900℃. Agglomerate of blends was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray, and the bed materials were analyzed by means of X-ray fluorescence. Analysis showed that aluminum element and iron element in stone coal ash can react with alkali compounds and eutectics with low melting point, form a covering layer with high melting point on the surface of biomass and quart sand particles, thus inhibit the forming and transfer of low melting compounds.

以玉米秸秆与石煤按不同比例组成的混合物为研究对象，在TG-DTG热分析仪上进行了燃烧特性分析，结果表明玉米秸秆有利于石煤的着火和稳定燃烧，对石煤有一定的助燃作用；在小型鼓泡流化床实验装置上，以石英砂为床料、石煤灰为添加剂，进行了玉米秸秆成型燃料流化床燃烧的床料黏结实验，结果表明：石煤灰能够在生物质流态化燃烧过程中有效地抑制流化床床料黏结现象的发生；通过对实验中形成的结团进行扫描电子显微镜X射线能谱(scanning electron microscopy/Energy-dispersive X-ray- SEM/EDX)，对床料进行X射线荧光光谱(X-ray fluorescence，XRF)分析，结果表明石煤灰中的Al和Fe能够与生物质灰中的碱金属化合物以及低熔点共熔物发生化学反应生成高熔点物质，并且覆盖在生物质碳颗粒与石英砂颗粒表面形成隔绝层，从而阻止低熔点物质的生成与迁移。

Of 15 castrated male Nubian goats (about 40 kg and 10 months of age), five were assigned to one of three dietary treatments: 1 30% Bermuda grass plus 55.7% com and 13.1% soybean meal; 2 30% Bermuda grass plus 52.8% corn, 13.5% soybean meal, and 2.5% soybean oil; and 3 30% Bermuda grass plus 49.8% corn, 14.0% soybean meal, and 5.0% soybean oil.

The experiment showed that corn could be recognized correctly by using this automated measurement system of corn leaf color value, the judging accuracy could attain 91.6%, and corn leaf color value could also be calculated correctly.
