The effects of doping concentration of iodine, doping time, doping temperature and exposure time on volume resistivity of anthracite were studied; and also the effects of solution concentration of cupric chloride, doping time, doping temperature, soking time of cupric chloride and exposure time on the volume resistivity were studied; Anthracitic resistivity has been decreased in dissimilar extent, and furthermore ,volume resistivity stability of the doping anthracite made by liquid phase doping method is more better than gas phase mothed; Resistivity and its stability were better than the doping method of iodine in fused salt doping method of cupric chloride.

However, the relationship between the gas flux and the ratio of reduced resistance is more complex. When the water stream velocity is constant, if the gas flux is small in contrast, the effectiveness of reduced resistance is not obvious. But when the gas flux increased, the jetted gas will form """"archform"""" which will augment the shape resistance. In this condition, resistance could not be reduced and could even be increased, if the gas flux continues to be increased. So that there needs setting a baffle called step, which introduces the jetted gas into the turbulence boundary layer. In this case, the shape resistance may be fairly great. Besides, the waterline of model has also some effect on the ratio of reduced resistance, which acts on the size of wave. If waterline is deep, the wave could not affect the deployment of microbubble layer, so there is almost no effect on ratio of reduced resistance. However, the wave would affect distributing of microbubble layer under the model so that the gas could leak out from the two sides of model and directly affect the ratio of reduce resistance if the waterline is very small. Whether installing the dashplate or not has also the great influence on the effectiveness the ratio of reduced resistance. From the results of experiment, conclusion is that adding dashplate will greatly improve the effectiveness of reduced resistance.

当喷气量一定时，水流速度增大，减阻率提高；喷气量与减阻率之间的关系比较复杂，速度一定时，如果喷气量较小，减阻效果就比较差，但当喷气量增大的话，喷射出的气体就会形成一个&拱度&，增加了船模的形状阻力，在这种情况下最好采取断阶喷气，把气体引入到湍流边界层中，在这种情况下，船模的形状阻力比较大；船模的吃水对减阻率也有一定的影响，主要表现在波浪大小上，如果吃水较深，波浪影响不到微气泡层的分布，对减阻率不会造成太大影响，如果吃水较浅，波浪就会影响到微气泡层在船模底部的覆盖情况，可能会有部分微气泡从船模两侧泄漏，这样就直接影响到了减阻效果；是否安装压浪板，对减阻率也有较大的影响，从试验结果可以看出，在船模尾部加设了压浪板时，减阻效果明显得到改善。

The growth inhibiting rate of T24 cell lines were detected by MTT methods, apoptosis of cells were detected by flow cytometry, the mechanism of apoptosis was analyzed by detecting the protein expression of Bcl-2, Bax, Caspase-9, Caspase-3 and cytoplastic protein Cytochrome C. 4 We injected live T24 cells into the subcutaneous space of nude mice and successfully built up the animal model of bladder carcinoma. The effect of CS-PAA-EPI polymer magnetic microspheres targeting chemotherapy was investigated by HE staining, TUNEL ,tumor weight and volume inhibition rate. Results: 1 TEM revealed that the CS-PAA polymer magnetic microspheres were regular spherical shape,the average diameter was 80nm in dry condition. By controlling the pH value of the medium,polymers had positive or negative zeta potential. VSM showed the CS-PAA polymer magnetic microspheres had superparamagnetic. The diameter of CS-PAA-EPI polymer magnetic microspheres were 200nm in solution by DLS examining,the embedding ratio was 20%,the EPI loading rate was 15%, which was higer than reported in other articles. 2 Raw eye observation found that the rat"s bladder of treatment group was brown color,which meaned the aggregation of iron particles, compared with the control group, iron stain found iron particles were assembled in rat"s bladder of the treatment group, the amount of iron particles in liver and spleen were less obviously.

研究结果：1合成的CS-PAA磁性聚合物微球呈球形，大小均一，TEM测定其干态下粒径为80nm左右，磁化曲线证实具有超顺磁性，具有一定的PH敏感性，固载表柔比星后，水溶液性状稳定，无沉淀物，DLS测定直径约200nm左右，测定载药率为15％，较文献报道高，包封率为20％。2肉眼观察试验组大鼠膀胱表面呈褐色，可见大量的Fe粒子聚集，普鲁士兰染色法显示，试验组大鼠膀胱壁内有大量的Fe粒子，分布至膀胱壁全层，与对照组大鼠相比，试验组大鼠的肝、脾内的Fe粒子聚集量明显降低；HPLC测定结果与Fe染色相同；高剂量磁性CS-PAA-EPI生理盐水组及单纯EPI生理盐水组均在给药后14天出现血肌酐和尿素氮的升高，其他组大鼠血生化指标没有明显变化。3MTT法发现，高、中、低剂量磁性CS-PAA-EPI生理盐水组在外加磁场的协同作用下杀伤T24细胞效应明显高于单纯的EPI生理盐水组，FCM发现试验药物组可引起明显的肿瘤细胞凋亡，试验药物治疗组细胞胞浆内出现了由线粒体释放出的细胞色素C，试验组细胞Bcl-2蛋白减少，Bax蛋白变化不明显，Caspase-3、Caspase-9蛋白受到了激活活化。4高、中、低剂量磁性CS-PAA-EPI生理盐水组的瘤重抑制率和瘤体积抑制率均明显高于单纯的EPI生理盐水组(P＜0.01)，其中高剂量组的抑制率最高。

结果表明，城市污水厂二级出水水中的溶解性有机物主要集中在kDa的分子量区间上，且疏水性有机物的含量比亲水性有机物的含量大；分子量区间分布不同的有机物对纳滤膜透水通量和截留率有着不同的影响，分子量2kDa以下的有机物引起纳滤膜透水通量衰减较大，有机物截留率较小，达57.2%；分子量10～100kDa的有机物引起纳滤膜透水通量衰减较平缓，有机物截留率却较大最高达73.8%；亲疏性不同的有机物对纳滤膜透水通量和截留率有着不同的影响，经对膜表面阻力的测定，证实引起膜透水通量和截留率变化的主要物质为疏水性物质，而亲水性物质引起的变化较小。
