Copper fixation rate affected by retention, fixation time, ligand type, and addictive. For all formulations, while other three conditions is the same, copper fixation rate of preservatives with low retention level is less than those with higher retention level; copper fixation rate of oven-dried bamboo samples is less than air-dried bamboo samples; copper fixation rate of amine-based preservatives is less than ammonia-based ones; copper fixation rate in some formulations containing carbonate and phosphate is higher than non-carbonate and non-phosphate ones.

In experiment 2, the semen quality of 2 boars from Ilan Yiyang farm were diluted with BTS and MIII extender and stored for 3 days in the initial stage. The parameters of semen quality were including pH, motility, maturation, acrosome integrity and normal morphology of spermatozoa in diluted semen stored for 1 and 3 days. The diluted semens were also used for in vitro fertilization to evaluate the sperm penetration, polyspermy rate and the average number of spermatozoa per oocyte as IVF parameters.

The twig production of different clones is different, from 5.5 twigs per month to 14.8 twigs per month. The rooting rate, root number and root length change regularly as the concentration of IBA goes up from 0.05 to 2.00 mg/L. 结果表明：不同无性系的萌条数量有显著差异，高的达14.8条／月，低的5.5条／月，平均9.1条／月，从0.05~2.00 mg/L，随着IBA浓度的提离，生根率、根条数、总根长等生根指标均呈现有规律的变化；综合考虑各种生根指标，以IBA0.05 mg/L为最佳生根激素处理，扦插介质对柚木插穗生根有显著的影响，以泥炭土＋黄心土按1：1混合为最佳扦插介质；不同无性系的扦插成活率不同，从56.7%至90.0%，变动幅度大，随扦插季节变化，生根率和成活率均呈现有规律的变化，5~6月份的生根率中等，7~8月最高，9~10月份迅速下降，成活率随季节的变化也是两头低、中间高，6~8月的成活率最高，大于93%。

The results show that the RIEMS can simulate the pattem and seasonal cycle of standard deviation of surface temperature and precipitation. Meanwhile,RIEMS is unable to simulate inter-annual variability of precipitation in April and July, although it does pretty well for January and October precipitation.

In chapter 4, the plane-radial and plane-parallel flows for Newtonian fluid in fractal porous media are analyzed. Based on the same assumption as that in chapter 3, the expressions for porosity, flow rate, velocity and permeability for both radial and parallel flows are developed. The proposed expressions are expressed as a function of tortuosity, fractal dimension, maximum and minimum pore diameters, and there are no empirical constant and every parameter has clear physical meaning in the proposed expressions.

In conclusions,(1) The pronuclear formation was asynchronous after ICSI in buffalo, the female pronuclear formed 3 hours earlier than male pronuclei;(2) After ICSI and activation, Culture of oocytes in 1.9mmol/L 6-DMAP for 3 hours can improve their subsequent embryonic development;(3) Treatment of sperm with 5mmol/L DTT can promote sperm decondensation;(4) Dead sperms can be used for ICSI in buffaloes;(5) Treatment of sperm with GSH can improve the efficiency of ICSI in buffaloes.

以上结果表明：(1)水牛精子胞质内显微受精的雌、雄原核发育不同步，雌原核比雄原核早3h形成；(2)水牛卵母细胞ICSI和激活后用1.9mmol／L 6-DMAP培养处理3h能提高其胚胎发育率；(3)DTT预处理水牛精子能提高其ICSI后的精子解聚率；(4)死精子能用于水牛卵母细胞的ICSI；(5)GSH预处理水牛精子有助于提高其ICSI后的囊胚发育率。
