Results The p53 gene mutation rate of colorectal cancer was 50%. The rate of apoptosis of tumor cells having mutation of p53 gene (22.11%) was much lower than that having no p53 mutation (40.57%, P＜0.05). Heteroploid cells had been found in 10/13 tumor samples with p53 gene mutation and 6/13 samples without p53 mutation (P＜0.05). The rate of apoptosis had no difference between the heteroploid cases and diploid cases.

结果 大肠癌标本p53基因突变率为50%；其中突变组肿瘤细胞凋亡率(22.11%)明显低于未突变组细胞凋亡率(40.57%)，(P＜0.05)；突变组异倍体细胞百分率(占76.9%)明显高于未突变组(占46.2%)，(P＜0.05)；异倍体肿瘤细胞凋亡率为34.0%，二倍体肿瘤细胞凋亡率为40.7%，二者差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。

Three antioxidative parameters(SOD super oxide dismutase、MDA malondialdehyde and GSH reduced glutathione hormone)were also measured.Results:The skin elasticity and water content improved increasingly according to the MPA measurements of the two group 4 weeks after the last irradiation.The hydroxyproline of the skin in the Q-switched 1064-nm Nd:YAG laser of 0.6J/cm~2、1.5 J/cm~2 and 2.5 J/cm~2 group showed 7.1%,13.1%and 19.8%(p＜0.05)increase respectively compared to their controls,the enhancement of dermal thickness were 15.5%,29.7%and 38.4%;The hydroxyproline of the skin in the Q-switched 532-nm Nd:YAG laser of 0.5J/cm~2、1.2 J/cm~2 and 2.0 J/cm~2 group showed 6.9%,9.6%and 14.2%(p＜0.05)increase respectively compared to their controls,the enhancement of dermal thickness were 5.5%,15.1%and 29.9%,among which the Q-switched 1064-nm laser group had the greatest effect. The result of antioxidative parameters showed some juvenescence change at the radiated skin.

结果：末次照射后第4周，Q开关1064-nmNd：YAG激光组(以下简称1064 nm组)和Q开关532-nmNd：YAG激光组(以下简称532-nm组)大鼠各实验侧的皮肤弹性和含水量都明显好于对照侧；1064-nm组和532-nm组实验侧的皮肤羟脯氨酸含量和真皮内胶原厚度都较对照组显著增大(P＜0.05)，其中1064-nm组的三种不同能量密度：0.6 J/cm~2、1.5 J/cm~2、2.5 J/cm~2的激光照射的皮肤区域的羟脯氨酸含量增加率为7.1%，13.1%和19.8%，真皮厚度增加率为15.5%，29.7%和38.4%，532-nm组的三种不同能量密度：0.5 J/cm~2、1.2 J/cm~2、2.0J/cm~2的激光照射的皮肤区域的羟脯氨酸含量增加率为6.9%，9.6%和14.2%，真皮层厚度增加率为5.5%，15.1%和29.9%，相比而言1064-nm组的羟脯氨酸及真皮层厚度增加率均较高；抗氧化指标显示两组大鼠实验侧皮肤的抗氧化能力增加，呈年轻化改变。

从现场上各种水淹的实际资料来看，同一水动力的非均质油层系统中，渗透率相对较高的部分水洗之后，渗透率相对较低部分的油层却可以原封不动。而且，其渗透率可达达西级，含油饱和度可达80％以上。相对流动比(即同一水动力的非均质油层系统中，小层平均渗透率的最大值与其中不流动部分的小层平均渗透率的最大值相比)的比值在各种油层的生产实例中十分相近。一般的分布范围为3—7，常见的为4—6。实验室结果和生产实践基本相同。简单的注水和压裂对这一比值几乎无影响。

The system is continously operated for two months and the efficiency follows: 65-68% COD〓 reduction, 89-92% BOD〓 reduction, 58-62% TOCl reduction.(The condition of treatment: 35℃-39℃, pH4. 0-4. 5, gas-water ratio: 15-20: 1, retention time: 8-12hr). After the bleaching effluents are further floculated by limewash, the drain away water basically has accorded with the national effluent discharge standard.

Part 1: Fifty-four healthy cross-bred(Luxi×Limousin) beef cattle were selected to study the energy and protein metabolism rules and requirement at the age of 4~6 month. The results showed that the digestibility of DM , OM and energy were 59.68±5.46%, 64.10±7.82% and 66.60% respectively;the metabolizability of gross energy and digestible energy were 56.95% and 85.51%.

第一部分选用54头健康、体重相近的3月龄利木赞×鲁西黄牛杂交牛研究了4～6月龄阶段的能量和蛋白质需要量及其代谢规律，结果表明：犊牛对日粮的DM消化率为59.68±5.46%，OM消化率为64.10±7.82%；能量的平均消化率为66.60%，总能代谢率和消化能代谢率分别为56.95%和85.51%。

In the last part, the paper appraises mortgage value using the former and improved capitalization rate respectively. Making using of the method of appraisal bias, the paper concludes that using the former capitalization rate results in overrating the appraisal result, while using the improved capitalization rate does not exist overrating problem. Based on that, the paper compares the former and improved capitalization rate from the following six aspects- mortgager, financial institution, appraisal institution, conservative principle of appraisal of mortgage, default risk, mortgage rate, and finally concludes that the improved capitalization rate is more scientific and accurate.

通过案例分析分别运用改进前后的资本化率进行评估，运用评估bias方法对评估结果进行研究，得出运用改进前的资本化率进行评估存在高估的现象，而运用改进后的资本化率进行评估则不存在高估的问题，在此基础上从抵押人、金融机构、评估机构、保守性估价原则、违约风险、抵押利率六个方面对改进前后的资本化率进行了系统的比较，得出改进后的资本化率更加科学精确的结论。

The results indicate that the synthesized sphene has a good chemical durability in the aqueous solution whose pH value is 5-9, the temperature and pH of the solution have important influences to its chemical durability in 1-21 days.

结果表明，在pH为5~9的水溶液中，合成榍石具有良好的化学稳定性，温度和pH是影响1~21 d化学稳定性的重要因素；42 d Ca(上标 2+)的浸出率比Ti(上标 4+)的浸出率高2个数量级；在90℃、pH=7下，Ca(上标 2+)和Ti(上标 4+)的42d归一化浸出率分别为3.33×10^(-3)、1.33×10^(-5)gm^(-2)d^(-1)；在25℃、pH=7下，Ca(上标 2+)和Ti(上标 2+)的42d归一化浸出率分别为1.52×10^(-3)、3.05×10^(-5)m^(-2)d^(-1)；在25℃、pH=3下，Ca(上标 2+)的42d归一化浸出率达到7.71×10^(-2)gm^(-2)d^(-1)。

In distilled water,the means of percentage absorption for 7 days and 2 8 days were 30.15%and 27.85%(P＜0.01),the percentage solubility for two stages were 0.79 and 1.16 (P＜0.01).Conclusion. There is a tendency of declining for water sorption in both water with the soaking time increased in distilled water,both percentage of absorption and solubilit yare higher than those in artificial saliva respectively.
