In order to decrease the error rate of speech recognition, speaker adaptation techniques are often used to adjust speaker-dependent acoustic models. MLLR (Maximum Likelihood Linear Regression) and MAP are two of the most popular techniques in recent years. MLLR uses the technique of regression trees. It calculates the transform matrix for each leaf node of the tree. This makes it possible to use fewer sentences to decrease the error rate of HMM-based speech recognition. However, while we examined the recognition result, we found that although the overall error rate decreased, but the error rate of certain confusable phones was higher. In order to solve this problem, we propose the use MPE (Minimum Phone Error Discriminative Training) to solve this problem.

在语音辨识技术的实际应用上，语者调适技术常被用做调整语者无关之声学模型，使其对於特定语者之辨识率有所提升，常见的语者调适技术有最大化相似度线性回归（Maximum Likelihood Linear Regression），其精神在於透过对语音辨识模型相近的mixture做群聚，再对各个群聚做调整，以期能达到利用少量语料，提升辨识率的目的，但其缺点为，在发音上相近的模型，其mixture原本就极为近似，若再分类为同一群聚做调整，容易因为使用者的发音习惯，而使模型偏向ㄓ或ㄗ，因此虽然整体的辨识率获得提升，但却造成混淆音的错误率上升。

Analytical results show that: Anode evaporation rate, which determines mostly the production rate of UFMP, is influenced by the many factors including electric parameters of arc, ambient conditions and material properties et al; Existence and increase of anode ejection can influence the production rate and property of UFMP; It is firstly found and investigated that surface connexity phenomenon of Al anode material. Analyses and calculation show that formation of anode spot and existence of self-magnetic field force play an important part in surface connexity process; Effects of cathode material on prepared UFMP is also experimentally studied and theoretically analysed. It shows that effect of the cathode is inconsiderable under the experimental conditions used in the study. At last, the experimental results found in part one are analysed and discussed in detail.

An anaerobic-aerobic intermittent CSTR process was used to decolorize mixed dye with E. coli NO3 strain at a hydraulic retention time of 32, 18, and 10 h. The color-removal efficiency was around 70 ~ 80%. Under steady operation for over 117 h, the total decolorization was 10900, 18200, and 7590 for HRT=32, 18, and 10 h, respectively. After repeated operation cycles, the decolorization rate of E. coli NO3 was always higher than the original cycle. This may be attributed to the acclimation effect since the E. coli NO3 cells were repeatedly exposed to the azo dye.

NO3於HRT = 10、18、32小时之条件下进行厌氧-好氧间歇式CSTR生物反应器褪色操作，褪色率可以达到7080﹪左右；在约117小时的稳定褪色操作下，总褪色量分别为10900、18200及7590，这显示NO3在长时间之间歇式CSTR褪色操作下，不但稳定且具有优异之褪色能力；若将一组好氧、厌氧步骤视为一个循环去探讨褪色率之变化，则可观察到随著循环次数增加其褪色率逐次上升，之后则明显下降，这与摇瓶重复批次实验相似之结果，也可以解释为驯养效应所导致。

Results:Oviduct deoppilation rate of 40 patients with hight mark,36 patients with middle mark and 20 patients with low mark after laparoscopic surgery was 92.5%,87.5% and 77.5% respectively.Pregnancy rate of three group was 72.5%,30.6% and 0.Ectopic pregnancy rate of three group was 2.5%,8.3% and 10%.
