对于锥形凸台成形的第一个特征时段，即坯料和锥形凸台型腔的端面接触之前的变形过程，本文将凸台的截面缩小率转换成挤压成形的压缩率并以此为界定，建立了不同截面缩小率时的锥形模正挤压的模型单元；对于锥形凸台成形的第二特征时段即锥形模的角部充满过程，在详细考察锥形型腔端面对变形过程影响的基础上，将变形体的球形端面近似成锥面建立了平冲头挤压楔形体的模型单元；最后将前述两种模型单元有机连结，构建了开式模锻中整个锥形凸台成形过程的定量描述。

Results coculture with endometrial epithelial cells could promote the formation of mouse morula (71.3% and 61.2%,p.05) and blastocyst (50.0% and 39.7%,p.05), and increase the blastocyst hatched rate (34.8% and 24.3%,p.05) and total cell number of blastocyst (44.1 and 35.6, p.05).conclusion coculture with endometrial epithelial cells can facilitate the development of early mouse embryo in vitro, which can optimize the condition of embryonic development in vitro.

The study methods: Based on digital printing and offset printing technology principle, the basic parameters having effect on the ink-jet printing output quality were analyzed. And the mathematics models between the ink quantity and the solid density, and the relation between the gamma and printing contrast were established. The relation among the output dot area coverage, the original dot area coverage and the dot-gain percent was analyzed. And the mathematics models of printing characteristics curves and dot-gain curves were established. The factors influencing the dot-gain were analyzed, and then the dot-gain compensation function was acquired. All the models were verified by the method of regression analysis. And the precisions of the models were obtained by the correlation coefficient and multiple correlation coefficients.

Result: The percentage of hyperdiploid cells, DNA Index and proliferative index were statistically higher in the vascular and the syncytial subtypes of meningioma than those in the fibrous and mixed subtypes, Also those in the severe edema group were higher than those in the moderate, mild and without peritumoral edema groups. The DNA hyperdiploidy were mostly found in the group of giant size tumor, DI and PI in the recurrent menigioma group were significantly higher than those in the nonrecurrent group.

结果：血管型、合体型脑膜瘤超二倍体率、DI和PI显著高于纤维型及混合型；重度水肿组DI、超二倍体率和PI显著高于中、轻及无水肿组；大肿瘤超二倍体率和DI均显著高于中、小肿瘤；复发性脑膜瘤的DI、PI均显著高于非复发组。

A DPLS discriminant analysis model was developed based on spectra region from 400 nm to 2 498 nm with mathematic pretreatment 2-8-6-1 and scatter correction treatment the standard normal variate. The accurate discriminant rate of calibration and external validation was 95.7% and 95.6% respectively. For the adulterated samples (MBM mass percentage≥5%), the accurate discriminant rate was 100%.
