A continous flow equipment operation results show that on the hydrolysis acidulation,organic acid rates is 10%,organic compound removal rates is 25% or so,when the HRT of hydrolysic acidulation is about 6~10 hours, and penicillin wastewater dilute with the third water supply, the CODcr and Total Nitrogen removal rate would reach about 90% and 60%.

Livestock wastewater contains not only high concentration of organics, but also amino acid. This paper studied efficiency of UASB applied in such wastewater, and the influences of environmental and operation conditions on ammoification rate were analyzed. Results show that suitable pH for the bacterium had a wide range from 6. 5 to 8, and pH 7 was the best. A positive correlation was between temperature and ammonification rate, while 38℃ was prefered from an economic point of view. Ammonification rate increased with the influent concentration of increase while there's a contrary situation when the organic load increase.

因畜禽废水除了含有大量的有机物，还含有一定量的氨基酸，因此，研究利用UASB处理畜禽废水，在不同环境条件和工况条件下对氨化率的影响，结果表明：氨化菌适应的pH值范围较宽，在6.5~8.0范围均可以较好的生存，其中以7.0为最佳；温度与氨化率基本成正相关关系，从经济等多种角度考虑，中温阶段38℃为最适宜；氨化率随进水浓度的增加而增加；进水有机负荷越大，氨化率越小。

Improvement of MT migration tomography technology Based on the immanent relationship between tomography purpose and suitable frequency segment selection, we raise an entire frequency segment multi-parameter tomography scheme of MT finite difference migration. We establish a mathematical relationship among apparent electromagnetism reflectance, migration reflectance, background resistivity and the true resistivity distribution. After the introduction of TE/TM mode superpose rate, we carry out the associated resistivity tomography of two polarization mode to adapt the practical data interpolating situation.

大地电磁偏移成像的改进：针对频段选择和成像效果的内在关系，提出全频段、多参数有限差分偏移的解决方案；构建视反射系数、偏移反射系数、背景电阻率与实际电阻率分布的数学关系实现偏移电阻率成像；同时引入TE、TM模式加权因子以实现两个模式的联合偏移电阻率成像，更好的适应解释工作需要。

Two specieses, Lycoris radiate and Lycoris aurea, were selected for the studying of artificial propagation in vitro. A few specieses of Lycoris, from the southeast area of China and part of locations in Japan, were chosen to research their karyotype differentiation and to measure their genetic diversity by ISSR analysis. The results could be summarized as follows.1. The vegetative propagation conditions of Lycoris aurea and L. radiate in vitro was studied by two-scaling. Different illuminate condition had an effect on the bulblet formation rate. To the species of L. radiate, the rate was higher in the state of 16h 800-12001x illumination than in the darkness. The medium also affected the new bulblet formating rate. When the culture was MS medium 0.2 mg/L NAA 4 mg/L 6-BA, the bulblet formationg rate of L. aurea was 220%;at the same time, when the medium was MS 0.2 mg/L NAA 2 mg/L 6-BA, the rate of L.

本研究选择西南部分地区及日本的几个石蒜品种，从细胞学和DNA分子角度，分析了它们的遗传多样性水平和遗传结构状况，对红花石蒜和忽地笑的离体繁殖技术进行了初步研究，得出如下结论： 1 进行了红花石蒜和黄花石蒜双鳞片快速繁殖条件的研究，结果表明：红花石蒜在16小时800-1200 lx光照下比黑暗条件下出芽率要高；黄花石蒜在MS NAA0.2mg／L 6-BA4mg／L下出芽率为220％，红花石蒜在MS NAA0.2mg／L 6-BA2mg／L下出芽率为108％；NAA比IBA有利于石蒜生根；硅藻土显著提高黄花石蒜双鳞片出芽率，活性炭起抑制作用；6％蔗糖浓度有利于红花石蒜小鳞茎增重，MS 6-BA4mg／L NAA0.5mg／L培养基有利于小鳞茎增殖，切割一刀比两刀有利于小鳞茎增殖。

It shows that the magnetic susceptibility of the sediment is related to its grain size and rock type.Conglomerate has lowest susceptibility, and siltstone,muddy siltstone,and mudstone have a relative large value of susceptibility. The susceptibility of mudstone of different color varies with the degree of oxidation and organic content.

结果表明，沉积物磁化率的大小与沉积物的粒度及岩石类型有一定的关系：砾岩磁化率的峰值最低，粉砂、泥质粉砂岩和泥岩的磁化率峰值相对较大；不同颜色的泥岩也会因氧化程度、有机质含量的不同而表现出不同的磁化率峰值；磁化率曲线变化是剖面岩性和沉积旋回的一种反映。
