Result:22 out of 40(55%) primary tumors were detected the point mutations in the coden 12th of k-ras an d n-ras,h-ras.The point mutations of p53 E5 and E7 were found in 16 laryng eal tumors (16/40,40%).

结果：H-ras基因突变9例，突变率为22 。5%(9/40)；K-ras基因突变8例，突变率为20%(8/40)，N-ras基因突变5例，突变率为12.5%(5/40)。p53基因第5外显子突变7例，突变率为17.5%(7/40)；第7外显子突变9例，突变率为22 。5%(9/40)。5例发现有两种基因突变，且均表现为ras基因和p53外显子改变。

Results ①p53 positive expression rate in cervical carcinomas 85.71%( 30 /35) was significantly higher than that in normal cervixes 6.67%( 2 /30),P= 0.001.②p53 expression is correlated with the differentiation state and pathologic grades.The positive expression rate of p53 in the cervical carcinomas of grades Ⅰ 57.14%(8 /14) was significantly lower than that in the cervical carcinomas of grades Ⅱ 86.67%(13 /15) and grades Ⅲ 100.0%(6 /6),P＜0.05.③The positive rate of PCNA in the cervical carcinoma of grade Ⅰ 64.29% was signifi cantly lower than that in the grade Ⅱ 93.33% and grade Ⅲ 100.0%,P＜0.05.Conclusion Our data indicate that the alteration of p53 is involved in cervical carcinoma.

结果可见，从7603各剂量组和8102的100、400毫克/公斤剂量组未观察到药物对孕鼠体重增长、活胎率、吸收胎率、胎鼠体重和胎鼠畸形发生率的影响。8102 1000毫克/公斤组则由于药物的毒副作用产生活胎率下降，吸收胎率和骨骼畸形率增加，孕鼠体重增长缓慢。

As for efficiency of catalyst durability, it was found that TiO2 dip-coated stainless steel plate performed 95% color removal at 5ppm MB even after 4 times repeated usage, which showed favorable durability. However, when the concentration up to 10 ppm, the color removal decreased as the used counts was raised.

Pparent amino acid digestibilities and true amino acid digestibilities of six feedstuffs (barley,cooking blood meal,fermented blood meal,protein hydrolysate mixed feed,heatextruded collagen protein and local fish meal) and their mixed feeds(J1 and J2) were determined with intact and caecectomized cockerels,using Sibbaled "TME" method,and their additivities were also tested.

本研究以去盲肠鸡和正常鸡按Sibbald的&TME&方法分别测定了皮大麦、蒸煮血粉、发酵血粉、水解复合蛋白、热喷胶原蛋白、国产鱼粉及其配合饲料J1和J2的氨基酸表观消化率和真消化率。并对两种试鸡所测上述饲料原料氨基酸的消化率及其可加性作比较。结果表明：（1）6种饲料原料的某些氨基酸表观消化率和真消化率，去盲肠鸡和正常鸡测值间存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。（2）去盲肠鸡内源氨基酸排出量显著高于正常鸡（P＜0.05）。

The results showed that the respiration rate of J1Jm (Japan♀×Japan♂) and C1Jm (China♀×Japan♂) increased with increase in water temperature, but significantly decreased at over 18℃. The respiration rate in "Chinese red" and its half-sib families (C1Rh, J7Rh, RjRh) sharply decreased at 21℃, indicating that the "Chinese red" and its half-sib families adopted higher temperature. The changes in NH4-N excretion rate showed a similar tendency to the respiration during the experiment.
