Objective To investigate the clinical effects of leflunomide in treatment of Ⅳrefractory lupus nephritis.

目的观察来氟米特治疗Ⅳ型难治性狼疮性肾炎的临床效果。

Methods: This study was approved by the Department of Nephrology, the second hospital of Hebei Medical University. We choose 36 cases of IgA nephropathy(25 males and 11 fema- les).The mean age of them was 35.0±12.6 years.They were defi- nited by renal biopsy from July 2008 to Feb.2009.Patients with hypertension, diabetes mellitus, Lupus Nephritis, HBV-GN associated glomerulonephritis,thyropathy,renal damage induced by polyarthritis destruens,neoplasms associated nephropathy and those on glucocorticoid,immunosuppressive agents,enoxa- parin sodium and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor be- fore renal biopsy were excluded from this study.

河北医科大学第二临床医学院肾内科于2008年07月到2009年02月间经肾活检确诊的IgA肾病患者36例(其中男性25例，女性11例，年龄35.0±12.6岁)，临床上除外高血压肾损害、紫癜性肾炎、乙肝病毒相关性肾炎、狼疮性肾炎、甲状腺病相关性肾损害、类风湿性关节炎肾损害、肿瘤相关性肾病等继发性肾脏病患者，并除外肥胖、妊娠、糖尿病、肝脏疾病、药物等导致的肾损伤及急性间质性肾炎等患者。

Results Children cresentic nephritis was found in the children above 10 years old in this study. The most common reason was IgA nephropathy. Other reasons were purpuric nephritis and lupus nephritis.

结果 小儿新月体肾炎以〉10岁的儿童多见，最常见的原因为IgA肾病，其次为紫癜性肾炎和狼疮性肾炎，以急进性肾炎表现的较少。
