狭窄

Stenosis of internal caroid antery was found in 32 of 48 branches in 24 case. 5 branches were occlusive and 11 branches were normal. 22 cases with large or moderate cerebral infarction volume （＞5 cm3） confirmed by CT and MRI were smaller than those on MSCTPI as having abnormal perfusion lesions,which were moderate and obvious stenosis and occlusion on MSCTA.

其中32支颈内动脉呈不同程度的狭窄，5支颈内动脉闭塞，11支血管无狭窄。22例在常规CT及MRI图像上为中及大体积梗死（＞5 cm3）的患者，MSCTPI发现与梗死灶相对应的异常灌注区，且均比常规CT及MRI图像上病灶体积大， MSCTA显示颈内动脉呈中重度狭窄或闭塞。2例未发现明显灌注异常的患者，为小体积梗死灶（＜5 cm3），MSCTA显示颈内动脉正常。

The length of stenosis was 02~10cm and the Grade 1 stenosis was one renal artery,Grade 2 six renal arteries,and grade 3 three renal arteries.MSCTA showed 6 kidneys dwindled with average length 71cm,which was 15cm less than normal kidneys.One case was accompanied by wallthickening and cavitary stenosis of abdominal aorta.The locations and extent of stenosis in 6 cases by XRA and by MSCTA were identical.We found renal arterial stenosis only in 5 of 8 cases and 6 dwindled kidneys by DUS.

MSCTA尚可见6例肾缩小，平均长径为71cm，低于健肾15cm以上；1例伴有腹主动脉壁增厚，管腔狭窄，直径约10cm；6例行腹主动脉或选择性肾动脉造影者与MSCTA显示肾动脉狭窄部位和程度完全一致。8例行彩色多普勒超声检查者，亦可见6例肾缩小，但仅5例显示肾动脉狭窄，左侧2条，右侧3条。

Methods 20patients with congenital rectum stenosis were treated with corresponding approach according to degree of stenosis.The dilatation was performed by a dilater and finger to the cases of low variety of rectum stenosis.

There were 15 cases of middle cerebral arteries, 5 cases of vertebral arteries, 3 cases of basilar arteries and 2 cases of internal carotid arteries. Among all the branches with stenosis, symptomatic severe stenosis presented in 21 vessels (14 MCA, 3 VA, 2 BA and 2 ICA), nonsymptomatic severe stenosis in 1 vessel and symptomatic middle stenosis in 3 vessels (1 MCA and 2 VA).

其中大脑中动脉15支，椎动脉5支，基底动脉3支和颈内动脉2支。21支血管（MCA 14支，BA 2支，VA 3支和ICA 2支）为症状性重度狭窄、1支为无症状性重度狭窄；3支血管（MCA 1支和VA 2支）为症状性中度狭窄。

Of 299 patients in this retrospective study, most had mild stenosis and no need for surgery.Dr. Oldenburg told Medscape that the study also included patients who were not good operative candidates."I think that patients with mild stenosis who are poor operative candidates is a good option. Unfortunately, the chances of LESI being beneficial for patients with severe stenosis are far less."

Results In Onlay island flap group, there were 5 cases with urethral fistula （21%）, 1 case with neourethral dehiscence （4%）, and none with urethral stricture; In Snodgrass group, 7 cases with urethral fistula （18%）, 1 case with neourethral dehiscence （3%）, 1 case with outside of urethral stricture （3%）, 3 repeat surgery cases without complications.

结果：本组Onlay术有尿瘘5例（21％），阴茎头裂开1例（4％），无尿道狭窄；Snodgrass术有尿瘘7例（18％），阴茎头裂开1例（3％）。无尿道狭窄，但有尿道外口狭窄1例（3％），3例再次尿道成形术者未发生并发症。

Results The stricture rates of MAGPI and onlay island flap, Mathieu's operation, Dennis-Brown's procedure and bladder mucosa flap were 0%, 0%, 9.3%, 28.3%and 36%respectively. Conclusions MAGPI is recommended for glandular and corona l hypospadias.

结果 尿道口前移，龟头成形术、Onlay island flap法的狭窄率为0，Mathieu法的狭窄率较低，为9.3％，而Denni-Brown与膀胱粘膜法的狭窄率较高，分别为28.3％、36.0％。

Results Compared with percutaneous coronary angiography,the sensitivity of sixteen slice sparil CT in diagnosing moderate and severe coronary stenosis was 83.33%,and the specificness,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and degree of accuracy was 91.40%,85.59%,89.95% and 83.33% respectively.
