ERCP were performed on 52 patients with malignant biliary obstruction to investigate the locus and extent of the obstruction, and treated with radiofrequency to the stenosed segment, then placed the matched metal stents into the bihary duet.

方法共58例患者采用联合治疗：6例十二指肠乳头癌先作内镜下乳头局部切除，而后对残留病灶作射频消融；52例经ERCP测出肿瘤狭窄段的范围，对狭窄段作射频消融，然后置入相匹配的金属内支架。

Results: The main reasons of re-operation in congenital choledochus cyst were calculogenesis, refluxing cholangeitis, stenostomia, endo-, ectobile duct residual cyst, stenosis of bile duct in hepatic hilum, residual cyst canceration, which accounts for 24 cases (63%), 21 cases (55%), 12 cases (31.6%), 11 cases (29%), 8 cases (21%), 2 cases (5%), respectively.

结果：先天性胆总管囊肿再次手术的主要原因是结石形成24例(63%)；其次为反流性胆管炎21例(55%)；再次为吻合口狭窄12例(31.6%)；肝内外胆管残余囊肿11例(29%)；肝门部胆管狭窄8例(21%)；残余囊肿癌变2例(5%)。

Conclusions— In patients with intracranial stenosis, higher blood pressure is associated with increased risk of ischemic stroke and stroke in the territory of the stenotic essel.

结论――在有颅内血管狭窄的病人中，较高的血压是和缺血性中风狭窄血管相关的区域性中风的危险性增加有相关关系。
