ABSTRACT : We first analyze the implication of market efficiency and compare it with dependence, correlation deeply. Using robust statistic method, we test the efficiency of some representative real estate markets in china, analyze their efficient depth, and explore the inner principle.

本文在深入分析市场有效的含义并与独立性、相关性进行对比的基础上，采用比较稳健的统计方法对中国有代表性的房地产市场的有效性进行检验，同时分析了房地产市场的有效性程度，并对其内在机理进行探讨。
