Paired samples are hired to compare the performance between firms which hired independent directors and which didn't in the early stage. The result shows that no difference exists before and after the introduction of independent directors. Cross-sectional data of 2003 are used to test the affects in new stage of development.

I always regard the kid as an independent individual, let he learn all that he can think about or do independently, and always communicate with him all the ideas and share with him the sorrows and joys of life. I just don't want to miss any opportunity to educate my son. For the kids, we are their best and most considerate tutors.
