The result show that the homology of nucleotide sequence of G-L IGR among MRV, DRV is 83.3%, compared with other rabies-related virus strains, the homology of G-L IGR is between 58.3%-91.7%. the length of G-L IGR of rabies virus is different in Rhabdoviridae.
