Generally speaking this film is pretty well,but for me ,a viewer who has never watched quentin's work before,some bloody scenarios totally assault my senses.talking about the characters,as far as I am concerned the actor who play the"colonel" had done his utmost to shape this smiler who always hide the knife under his cloak.and his good commanding of 4languages as well as the the capabilty in psywar completely shock me.through the whole film,I had mistaken him for "tbag",a character in the hot american tv serise "prison break",they two really bears great resemblance in a sense.

片子感觉还是不错的，但对我这样以前没看过昆汀的人来说，"割头皮，打蛋蛋，在脸上画十字"还是让我的相关部位在看片时有点不舒服。人物的话，我觉得，上校实在演的太好了，笑面虎一个，精通至少四国语言（就是电影里面他说中文我也觉得不奇怪），剧中法国老汉，德国**，犹太美女都被他的心理攻势弄哭了，看片子的时候一直以为他是TBAG，气质有点像，。
