RESULTS:① Forty items of psychological qualities were chosen from the 104 items by experts and categorized into 3 levels: personality, moral character and competence.② The mean scale values of each item were calculated on the 9004 questionnaires.③ 3 items with mean scale values less than 0.477 were eliminated in line with the 5 degree positive improtance multigrade fuzzy set.④ The rating model of psychological qualities in coherence of competency was established in 3 categories and on 3 levels for low ranking commanders.

结果：①根据专家评判筛选出40项胜任特征评价指标，并划分为3类：个性特质、品行特质和能力倾向；②根据9004份调查结果获得每一指标的平均量表值；③根据5级肯定性重要度模糊集评判原则，删除3项量表值。477的指标；④依据专家分类和模糊集评判原则，构建我军初级军官3类与3水平胜任特征心理品质评价模型。

They were characterized by vivid racial elements, the adoration of force and the trend of revanchism, all of which obviously reflected a tension between nationalism and liberalism. It can be attributed to the radical political context and the ideal context affected by the blend of traditional ethnic consciousness and the external theories of state and nationalism, both of which lead to the tension between nationalism and liberalism in modern China.

本文从民族话语的传播媒介和作为话语构建主体的知识分子的分化与组合入手，分析拒俄事件中知识分子对民族主义的学理性阐释，对民族共同的敌人的塑造以及民族集体记忆的搭建和民族情绪的渲染，归纳其民族话语建构中种族因素突出，强力崇拜和复仇主义倾向明显的集体主义种族民族主义特质，进而由知识分子深陷的激进政治语境、边缘化过程中的群体特质，以及传统族群意识与外来进化理念、人种学说、国家观念、民族主义理论交汇而成的观念语境出发，结合经世致用与道德取向的知识人传统，探讨知识精英民族话语建构中种族民族主义倾向掩盖自由主义价值追求的缘由。

The results showed that:(1) In internet chatting, perceivers were able to judge targets's some personality traits with some extent accuracy.

In the third study, the responsibility in Big Five personality was used as the target person" trait, combined with 8 situations to form three level of the independent variable, which were respectively behavior regularly changed in different situations, behavior randomly changed and behavior unchanged. And the perceivers" perception for the target person" personality consistency, and their inference for the target person" potential aim were used as dependent variables.

研究三采用实验法，选取大五人格特质中的责任感作为特质，从深度访谈的结果中抽取8种场景，组合为不同情境行为有规律变化、行为随机变化和行为一致三种情况作为自变量的三个水平，以知觉者知觉其人格一致性程度和对其行为背后的目标推论的程度为因变量进行研究，采用单因素方差分析进行检验。

Perceivers and targets' personality characteristics had moderate effect on both accuracy and meta-accuracy; Participants whose content of internet chatting was more true were judged more accuratly, and had more accurate metaperception; Unlike researches using face to face interaction, traits' observability had negative effect on accuacy and meta-accuracy;Traits' desirability tended to reduce the accuracy and had no significant effect on meta-accuracy; Though gender had no significant effect on accuracy and meta-accuracy, there were noteworthy sex differences in the content of interpersonal perception.

知觉者和知觉对象的人格特点对人际知觉的精确性和元精确性都有一定的影响；网上聊天内容的真实程度越高，判断的精确性和元精确性也越高；与面对面的交流不同的是，特质的可观察性越高，人际知觉的精确性和元精确性反而越低；特质的社会期望值对精确性有一定的影响，但对元精确性没有明显的影响；虽然精确性和元精确性并没有表现出明显的性别效应，但与性别相关的刻板印象在网上聊天的人际知觉中仍然存在。

In chapter three, the instructor must have ability of three aspects including individual special characteristic, music knowledge and teaching skill. Furthermore, researcher also found that conductor's individual special characteristic has the decisive influence to the whole performance in string orchestra.

第三章指导者所须具备之能力包含人格特质、音乐知识和教学技巧三方面，根据美国一项研究结果发现，指挥的人格特质为带团最重要能力，笔者亦发现指导者之个人风格特色对乐团的整体表现具有决定性影响，且其所具备的音乐知识及教学技巧是提升乐团程度的重要因素。
