The weight of preferential index can bedetermined and then the way of choosing supplier isobtained.

The main results are:(1) the L1 boundedness of the Cesaro means operator of the harmonic expansions on the unit sphere with reflection-invariant measures is proved, and the characterization of the convergence index is given; for the points not in the planes with singularities, the pointwise convergence is also proved; these results are the generalizations of those both for the classical spherical harmonic expansions and for the Jacobi expansions;(2) Using the differential-reflection operators of Dunkl type, the uncertainty principle of a class of Sturm-Liouville operators is established, and as consequences, the uncertainty principles of some well-known classical orthogonal expansions such as Jacobi, Hermite and Laguerre expansions are obtained;(3) by introducing the Cauchy-Riemann equations in terms of the differential-reflection operators of two variables, the harmonic analysis of the extended Jacobi expansions is studied; the results include the Lp boundedness and the weak-L1 boundedness of the conjugate extended Jacobi expansions; specially, for some indexes p smaller than 1, the basic theory of the related Hardy spaces is established.

Based on systematic analysis, nine seismometry parameters that response earthquakes well in North China are selected, which are seismic frequency, seismicity scale, mf-value, b-value, D-value,η-value, seismicity intensity entropy and seismicity time entropy. Using synthetic anomaly index method, we calculated their seismic anomaly index values separately and synthesized these values into a chronogenesis curve. After studying its short-term anomaly characteristics to earthquakes, the criterion index for M≥5.8 earthquakes in North China is obtained. The R-value test indicts that it has good prediction effect.

在系统分析并筛选出华北地区地震频度、地震活动标度、mf值、调制比、b值、D值、η值、地震活动强度熵和地震活动时间熵等映震较好的9项测震学参数基础上，应用综合异常指数方法，分别计算了它们各自的地震异常指数时序值，进而合成得到华北地区测震学综合异常指数时序曲线，通过研究其地震短期异常特征，给出了华北地区M≥5.8地震短期综合预测的判据指标，经R值评分检验表明，该指标具有较好的地震预测效能。

The eco-physiological characteristics of drought endurance of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica were studied under different climatic regions, soil water and leaf water condition.Furthemore,the response and adaptability of trees to water stress was done.The below showed the results. 1 The parameters of drought endurance of P. sylvestris var. mongolica was measure and studied by PV technology in the subhumid, semiarid and arid regions The results indicated the osmotic potentials at water saturation condition and at the initial loss turgor decreased as the climatic drought degree increased,and related linearly with the climatic moisture index.It was proved that the drought endurance of P. sylvetris var. mongolica was varible and the elevation of the osmotic adjust capability was a main way to the adaptation of trees to the drought climatic environment.

本文研究了樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)的主要耐旱生理生态特征在不同地区、不同土壤水分状况和叶水分状况下的变化，进而研究了樟子松对水分胁迫的反应和适应，结果如下： 1 应用 PV 技术对半湿润区、半干旱区和干旱区樟子松耐旱性指标测定研究指出，水饱和总体渗透势和初始失膨点总体渗透势随着气候干旱程度增加而增加，与气候湿度指标呈直线相关，证明了樟子松属于耐旱性可变的树种，渗透调节能力增加是其对干旱气候适应的主要途径。

A total of 614 sediment samples at an interval of about 1.5 m from all 5 sites of the Integrated Ocean Drilling Program Expedition 311 on Cascadia Margin, northwestern Pacific were analyzed using a Beckman Coulter LS230 Particle Analyzer. The grainsize data were then plotted against depth and compared with other potential proxies of gas hydrateoccurrence such as soupy/mousselike fabrics in sedimentary textures, gas hydrate concentration derived from LWD data using Archie's relation, IR core images and the recovered samples of gas hydratebearing sediments.

However, the magnetic susceptibility nearly cannot reflect the existence of S_8 and the magnetic susceptibility of S_7 is highest in the whole section, which is inconsistent with other studies that S_5 has the highest magnetic susceptibility.Thin-section examination shows that the micro-texture of the soil layers is divided into both cementing texture in S_7, S_5 and S_1, and granular texture in all others.

与其它剖面相比，彭阳剖面粒度总体上要比东部的洛川、西安，甚至西部的兰州、新疆东湾要粗；CaCO_3平均含量不仅高于黄土高原中部，也高于高原西部，反映出本剖面富含碳酸盐的六盘山近源沉积起到了很重要的作用；易溶元素含量在剖面10m处快速升高，淀积特征明显，反映出黄土受现代淋溶成土作用影响较大，黄土直立、疏松、多孔特性和高温与多雨组合的气候特点，使得元素淋溶、淀积的强度和深度超出了传统的认识和判断；烧失量与其它指标相比，不仅能区分冰期、间冰期；而且能够区分出次一级的冰阶、间冰阶，有较高的分辨率；土壤发育指数、红度能够反映土壤强度差异，是反映气候波动的较好指标；然而，磁化率不能反映古土壤S_8的存在，且S_7的磁化率在全剖面中最高，这与大多剖面S_5磁化率最高的特点不一致。4。

Then we analyzed and optimized the model from the aspects of operating mechanism, data interface and function expandedness. The PCA method was introduced to reduce dimensionality and extract features, then to strengthen the clustering explanation; defined a CMI index, to ascertain the most effective or the best clustering number; A new Anti-NO algorithm was proposed to recognize and to filter the suspecious data in the sample; The medium result of SVM model was used to extract the borderline datas between two classified groups. This research compensated for the achievements of data recognition including pattern data, noises data and borderline data.
