There is a small action range in archery.Simple methods and analysis is inadequate,so the author,on the basis of testing the archery athletes in national team with the Qualisisy infrared photoelectric testing system,Footscan sole pressure testing system,Noraxon myoelectricity remote testing system, etc,analyzes comprehensively the action technique of the athletes in national team from the posture,body motion characteristics,body posture equilibrium and stability,distribution of centre sole pressure, myoelectricity characteristics,etc,with the methods of relative software and data statistics.The conclusions and the suggestions are as follows:Conclusion:Firstly,the communality of posture angle,muscle strength,the activation order of main muscle during raising the bow, raising the bow and the timing of the raising could be used as the evaluation index of technique action in archery;Secondly,the length of the time needed in the different periods couldn\'t be used as technique evaluation index since it has no relation with the result.But the time of raising and pulling back the row is relatively fixed,and the time has a positive relation with the archery achievement of the national team in China.Thirdly,the central index of the sole pressure could be used as the reference criterion of selecting athletes and forecasting achievement.During playing archery,the interrelation between the central index of the sole pressure and the achievement is different individually and in different periods.Fourthly,there is low stability of the archery athletes in the front and back direction during the action, caused by the athletes\' posture disequilibrium of dorsal abdominal muscle and non-professional sport shoes..Fifthly,kinematics and electromyography shows that the people on archery in China haven\'t taken the raising and pulling back the row seriously.

射箭的肢体动作幅度小，简单的手段和分析不能满足其需要，笔者结合各种运动生物力学仪器优点及射箭项目的特性，选用Qualisisy红外光点测试系统、Footscan足底压力测试系统、Noraxon肌电遥测系统等对国家队射箭队运动员进行多方位的测试，运用相关软件及数理统计方法，对运动员的射箭动作技术，从射箭动作的姿态构架、肢体运动特点，身体姿态平衡稳定性、足底压力中心分布、肌电特性等进行全面分析，结论及建议如下：结论：第一，姿态角、肌肉用力激活程度、举弓阶段主要用力肌肉激活顺序、举弓、开弓时间等的一致性可作为射箭技术动作评价指标；第二，各动作阶段所用时间的长短不能作为技术评价指标，但举、开弓的时间相对较固定，开举弓时间比与中国国家队射箭成绩正弱相关达到显著性；第三，闭眼状态下足底压力中心单位面积轨迹长与144支箭最好成绩正相关达到显著性，可作为身体素质、选材及成绩预测的参考依据；实射时身体平衡的足底压力中心指标与成绩的相关程度具有个体性差异、阶段性差异；第四，射箭运动员实射时身体在前后方向上的稳定性较差，这与运动员的站立姿态、腹背肌力量的不匹配以及射箭没有专业运动鞋有关；第五，运动学及肌电学都表明中国射箭训练对举弓、开弓阶段的重视不够，背部肌肉用力特征不明显，撒放技术合理性不高。

The framework established was practical and universal, and could provide abase for specific area to select its assessment indicators. The operable indicatorsystem developed which synthetically reflected the sustainable development status ofliling could fill up the blank of regional sustainable development evaluation in liling,and this work was of practical and strategic significance to a certain extent. Inallusion to the flaw existed indimensionlessness of original data in grey system,mean value method was adopted instead of traditional standardized method, and theguidance for confirming the direction of eigenvector was first brought to grey systemin the application of sustainable development evaluation aimed to increase theobjectivity and accuracy of evaluation. The evaluation results on liling could supplybeneficial references for decision makers to make and adjust sustainabledevelopment strategic goal and counter measures.

本文所构建的区域可持续发展指标体系框架具有实用性和通用性，可作为特定区域在筛选具体评价指标时的参考依据；针对醴陵市建立的区域可持续发展指标体系易于操作，能够综合反映醴陵市可持续发展的各个方面，在很大程度上填补了区域可持续发展评价研究的空白，具有一定的实践意义和战略意义；应用主成分分析法评价各子系统的可持续发展水平时，针对原始数据处理存在的弊端，提出以均值法代替传统的标准法，并首次引入了特征向量确定的原则，从理论上可提高评价的客观性与准确性；对醴陵市区域可持续发展状况的评价结果，可以为醴陵市可持续发展总体战略目标及相关措施的制定与结构调整提供有益参考。

The question of searching characteristic points or straight lines on moving rigid body is decomposed into two relatively independent sub-questions. The first one is to evaluate the characteristic of points and straight lines on moving rigid body, whose mathematics model is a kind of special non-differential max-mini optimal problem with inequality constraints. By the method of Saddle-point Programming and maximum entropy, the problem can be transformed as a differential optimal problem with single objective. The second oner is to search approximative character points or straight lines on moving rigid body within design space, whose mathematic model is nonlinear and non-differential problem with multiple constraints.

本文将在运动刚体上寻找特征点或直线的优化问题分解为两个相对独立的子问题，一是对运动刚体上点或直线的特征性评定，其实质是平面曲线的圆度或直线度的评定问题，优化模型是以最大误差为最小作为优化目标的约束不可微的优化问题，本文采用鞍点规划和极大熵方法，将其转化为单目标可微优化模型；二是在设计空间内，寻找运动刚体上特征性评定指标最小的近似特征点或直线，其优化模型是非线性、多约束的不可微优化问题，本文提出用遗传算法和BFGS局部搜索法相结合来求解。

The testing method comprises the following steps:(1) collecting the electrocardio-signal, the phonocardio-signal and the pulse signal of radial artery;(2) performing analog-to-digital conversion to the three signals to form the signal oscillogram;(3) identifying and extracting the characteristic point of each signal;(4) constructing the time series RR of electrocardio-period, the electromechanical delay time series and the pulse wave propagation time series of the combined variability index;(5) testing the validity of each time series;(6) calculating the heart rate variability, the electromechanical delay variability and the pulse wave propagation time variability; and (7) calculating the combined variability index of angiocarpy AV.

本发明提供了一种心血管系统联合变异性指标的检测方法和装置，检测方法包括以下步骤：(1)采集受检测者的心电、心音、挠动脉脉搏信号；(2)对三路信号进行模拟-数字转换，形成信号波形图；(3)识别和提取三路信号各自的特征点；(4)构造联合变异性指标的心电间期时间序列RR，电机械延迟时间序列和脉搏波传播时间序列；(5)检验各时间序列的有效性；(6)计算心率变异性、电机械延迟变异性和脉搏波传播时间变异性；(7)计算心血管联合变异性指标AV。

It would be the powerful theory base and evidence for alleviating congestion. In this dissertation, characteristics and effected factors of urban traffic congestion were generally analyzed and evaluation measures of congested traffic and normal traffic were reviewed. An index-system of congestion measures adapting to urban traffic was set up in which road characteristic, decision-making, perceptivity of citizen travel and economic-society adaptability were considered. A method of"classify status first, evaluate trend later"was found out according to analysis of all existing comprehensive evaluation methods.

论文在全面分析城市道路交通拥堵特性及主要影响因素的基础上，对拥堵评价指标和传统城市交通评价指标进行了回顾，综合考虑道路特征、政府决策、城市居民出行感受和社会经济适应性，建立了适合城市道路交通特点的拥堵评价指标体系；并在分析现有综合评价方法的基础上，提出了"先状态分类后趋势分析"的拥堵评价方法。

In this paper, according to the features of assessment index for the cleaner production, the unexpected input, the multi-usage of resources and energy is used as output, while the unexpected output, index of pollutants as input. Then the data envelopment analysis is applied to assess the cleaner production schemes for enterprises to find out the nonpaying schemes. Then improve the nonpaying schemes into effective ones.

本文根据清洁生产评价指标的特征，将资源能源综合利用指标等非期望输入等作为一种输出，污染物指标等非期望输出作为一种输入，引入到数据包络分析模型中，对企业的清洁生产方案进行科学客观的有效性评价，并找出非有效的方案，时其进行有效性改进。

Each unitis of different biotic characters and displays different features of seawater composition during the time. 2 The black unit including a biotic extinction was caused by oceanic anoxic event. Crisis that deepwater keeled foraminifera encountered represents a ferocious anoxia in deep marine environment . Biotic recovery in gray unit reflects gradually improved marine circumstance. What the biotic extinction at the C/T boundary in black unit reflects an environmental mutation, whereas the gradual biotic change characterize the recovery of marine dissolved oxygen environment in a stepwise process. The red unit is the result of oxic deposition and characterized by extremely abundance of foraminiferal faunas, which reflects a high-oxidized marine circumstance. 3 As the most ordinary biotic index in paleoceanography researches, foraminifera represent anexcellent environmental indicator in this paper.

三套岩层表现出不同的生物特征，并指示出当时海水的不同性质。2黑层段是大洋缺氧造成的结果，生物大量灭绝，深层水具旋脊有孔虫的所遭受的危机反映出当时海洋深层水体严重缺氧的特征；灰层段中生物的恢复反映出海洋环境自缺氧事件之后的逐步改善过程，与黑层段反映的C/T 界线处生物绝灭反映的环境突变不同，灰层段生物特征的渐变指示出当时海洋溶解氧环境的恢复也是一个逐步的过程；红层段属于富氧沉积的产物，特征是有孔虫生物的极度繁盛，反映的是一种高氧化性的海洋环境。3有孔虫作为古海洋研究中最常用的生物指标，在本文研究中显示了良好的环境指示性。

According to the deficiency of Image Fusion applications in entertainment equipments, such as no special research that combines Virtual Reality, Self-control Photographing, Computer Vision and Image Fusion technologies together, we propose an Image Fusion algorithm base on Character of Apperceiving Contrast, which take system elements into account, e.g. integrity image quality balance and costs.

鉴于目前对图像融合技术在娱乐领域的应用缺乏研究，尤其缺乏将虚拟现实技术、自助照相技术、机器视觉技术和图像融合技术综合运用的分析研究，因此我们从分析人类视觉特征入手，运用系统的观念综合平衡图像质量、系统成本等技术指标，在对虚拟实时自助照相系统具体技术指标深入分析的基础上，提出了基于对比度感知特征（Character of Apperceiving Contrast）的图像融合算法。
