This dissertation begins with the analysis of speech signal pretreatment and does some points test, draws the characteristic parameter of the introduction pronunciation through MATLAB speech processing toolbox, gets rid of the aphonia segment and yawp of speech signal, offers effective speech segment for the distill of speech characteristic parameter.

本系统首先从语音信号的预处理开始分析，通过MATLAB语音处理工具箱提取输入语音的特征参数，对语音信号进行了端点检测，滤除了语音信号的无声段和噪声，为语音特征参数的提取提供了有效语音段。

利用2004年6月12日甘肃省永登县雷达观测对流云的加密资料，选取了2次相似对流云过程分别作为目标云和对比云，探讨了目标云作业前后较对比云雷达回波有关参数的显著变化，并结合地面雨量点观测资料对地面人工增雨作业效果进行了初步分析，结果表明：目标云在降水、生命期特征、回波垂直特征参数变化方面，表现出作业前后较对比云存在明显差异，目标云作业40 m in后地面产生0.6 mm降水，而对比云则从新生发展到减弱消散阶段经历较短的时间(30 m in)，地面并无降水产生，从而推断本次人工增雨达到了一定的预计效果。

Some conclusions are inducted through the study: first, grid nudging with the rountine observed data in the MM5 simulation of atmospheric duct affects less over the sea than the land;Second,how much of sigma levels have great influence on simulation of atmospheric duct and the MM5 simulation with more sigma levels depicting the atmospheric ducts are reasonable; Last, multiple nests are allowed on a given level of nesting domain in the MM5 model.

通过研究得到了以下结论：(1)利用常规资料进行格点同化对海上大气波导影响较小，对陆地影响较大；(2)垂直分层对大气波导特征参数影响明显，层数较多描述大气波导比较合适；(3)对于海上大气波导，细网格刻画大气波导特征参数比较细致，但粗网格的模拟已经足够进行大气波导分析。

舌下络脉诊是中医舌诊中十分重要的一种手段，本研究提出了一种基于特征聚类分析的舌下络脉自动提取方法，该算法在L*a*b*色彩空间下，利用K-均值聚类算法对舌下区域按颜色进行聚类，根据聚类中心的位置，确定舌下络脉所在的聚类，并计算出舌下络脉的特征参数，对每一例舌下数据给出6个参数，表征络脉的长度，宽度以及颜色。

Information entropy, coincidence degree and its standard errors of axle centre trail quadrant area vector under different bearing states are extracted, the sensibility degree of the different parameters for the bearing states in different quadrant division is analyzed. By modifying the parameter compute method, the sensibility degree is improved.

结果表明：用单一结构参数(流道宽度 W 、流道深度 D 、齿高度 h 和齿角度θ)表征其抗堵塞性能存在局限性；结构特征参数断面最小尺寸 min(D，W、水力半径 R 和齿间距 l 能较好反映滴头流道横、纵断面的结构特征，在不同程度上表征了流道的抗堵塞性能，且在试验条件下各自均存在抗堵塞临界值；滴头额定流量 Qr 和迷宫滴头径粒比η与抗堵塞性能相关性较好，且存在抗堵塞临界值。
