Number of neural stem cells is small. NSCs look like circle or ellipse with or without short neurite, with large nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio and deep karyotin. NSCs have no visible differences with other kinds of cells in appearance, and have cell surface marker. Currently, there are mainly three aspects to identify NSCs: expression of specific nerve antigen, including nestin, Musashi, transcription factor, and cell adhesion molecules; self-renewal ability including single cell clone analysis, BrdU mark and S phase cell; the potential of multi-direction differentiation including immunocytochemical process and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction.

由于神经干细胞的数量很少，从细胞形态来看神经干细胞为圆形或椭圆形，无或有较短的突起，核质比大，核染色较深，形态上与其它种类的细胞没有明显的差异，并且未找到一种细胞表面特异性标志物，因此目前鉴定神经干细胞主要有以下3个方面：特异性神经抗原的表达，包括巢蛋白、Musashi、转录因子及细胞黏附分子；自我更新能力，包括单细胞克隆分析、BrdU标记S期细胞；多向分化潜能，包括免疫细胞化学法、聚合酶链反应色法。

The liqase was positively controlled by HAI and AI-2 to some extent. The lecithinase was negatively controlled by HAI-1, and the hemolysin was negatively controlled by both HAI-1 and AI-2. Special primers of luxS gene were designed from the luxS gene sequence of V. harveyi obtained from the GenBank, and the gene was amplified from a pathogenic strain V. harveyi VIB645 by PCR. The luxS gene was cloned to a cloning vector pUC, and was sequenced. It was found that the open reading frame is 519 bp. The similarity of the luxS gene from V. harveyi VIB645 to the published sequence of V. harveyi strain in GenBank was only 90%.

从GenBank中获取哈维氏弧菌中编码AI-2合成酶的luxS基因序列设计一对特异性引物从哈维氏弧菌VIB645中PCR扩增luxS基因，将luxS基因克隆于pUC载体并测序，发现其与GenBank中已发表的哈维氏弧菌的luxS基因序列相似性为90%，证明LuxS/AI-2系统在哈维氏弧菌不同的菌株中的具有一定的特异性，推测LuxS/AI-2系统可能与哈维氏弧菌的致病性或发光现象有关。

Objective :To assess the overall value of lobulation sign and deep lobulation sign in the differential diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculoma in CT images.Methods : Firstly , articles about CT differential diagnosis between pulmonary tuberculoma and peripheral lung cancer were selected ,which were published in the period(from January 1990 to December 2008),and useful data were extracted.Then Meta-analysis was done using Meta-disc software,and SDOR value calculated.

方法搜集1990年1月至2008年12月国内外公然发表的关于四周型肺癌与肺结核球CT鉴别诊断的文献，对文献进行筛选，应用Meta-disc软件对符合条件的原始研究进行质量评估、异质性检验，计算阳性似然比、阴性似然比和诊断比值比，最后汇总敏感性和特异性，绘制SROC曲线并计算曲线下面积来综合评价分叶征及深分叶征在CT检查中对于四周型肺癌与结核球鉴别诊断的价值，进行敏感性和特异性分析。

Results: The diabody was absolute and stable in human plasma with high specificity for human T cells and osteosarcoma cells, and it also makes T cells approach target cells and lyse them.

结果：diabody纯度高，在人血清中较为稳定，活性强，能够同时特异性地结合人骨肉瘤细胞及人T细胞，且将二者的距离拉近，特异性地溶解靶细胞。

The results showed that the virus isolation and identification could generate considerably reliable results but the procedure was complicated and costed long time; microtomy fluorescent antibody detection was fast, but the specificity was low and needed to exclude the false positive from the results. Sandwich ELISA detection combined the merits of the former two methods, but it generated the false negative results when the samples were in bad preservation. Compared with the others, RT-PCR was fast, high sensitive and especially useful for detecting the CSFV directly from the samples. The specificity could be raised by using the nested-PCR to detect the CSFV from the simples, especially when the simples were in bad preservation.

结果显示，病毒分离鉴定法准确性较高，诊断比较容易，但存在试验步骤繁琐，所需时间长的缺点；荧光抗体检测法所需时间较短，但需要经验比较丰富人员来判定结果，且存在假阳性结果，特异性比较差；RT-PCR检测法具有快速、敏感等优点，特别是样品保存不理想时更有价值，利用套式PCR可以提高检测的特异性；夹心ELISA检测法具有快速、敏感等优点，但在样品保存不理想时会出现假阴性结果。

Two of these protein bands, with a molecular weight of 12 000 Mr and 14 000 Mr, showed immunoreactivity with IgE in the sera from patients with allergy to pollen of Caryota ochlandra. For the pollen extract of Carvota mitis, 30 protein bands were detected in SDS-PAGE, and three of these protein bands, with a molecular weight of 12000, 14000, and 26000 Mr, showed immunoreactivity with IgE in the sera from patients with pollen allergy of Carvota mitis. The 14000 Mr protein was the major allergen. Result from the ion-exchange chromatography indicated that the two pollen allergens (12 000、14000 Mr) from Caryota ochlandra were eluted in the second peak. The major pollen allergen of Carvota mitis was eluted in the forth and fifth peak.

结果 长穗鱼尾葵花粉有30余条蛋白带，其中主要条带有18条，12000和14000 Mr为长穗鱼尾葵花粉特异性变应原；短穗鱼尾葵花粉有30余条蛋白带，其中主要条带有9条，26000、1200和14000 Mr为短穗鱼尾葵花粉特异性变应原，其中14000 Mr为主要变应原；通过离子交换层析方法纯化出长穗鱼尾葵花粉相对分子质量为12000和14000的变应原主要分布在Ⅱ峰中，短穗鱼尾葵花粉相对分子质量为14000阳的主要变应原分布在Ⅴ峰和Ⅵ峰中。
