The prolactin gene was studied as a candidate gene for the prolificacy of five different sheep breeds, namely small tail Han sheep (142), Hu sheep (40), Texel sheep (36), Dorset sheep (36) and Corriedale sheep (28). Single nucleotide polymorphisms of PRL coding sequence were detected among these five sheep breeds.

本研究以小尾寒羊(142只)、湖羊(40只)、特克塞尔羊(36只)、多赛特羊(36只)和考力代羊(28只)这五个绵羊品种为实验材料，应用PCR-SSCP对PRL基因的DNA编码序列的多态性进行了分析，并进一步对该基因与小尾寒羊高繁殖力之间的关系进行了研究。

The prolactin gene was studied as a candidate gene for the prolificacy of Small Tail Han sheep. Single nucleotide polymorphisms of exon 1 to exon 5 of PRL gene were detected in high fecundity breeds and low fecundity breeds (Dorset, Texel and Corriedale sheep) with five pairs of primers by PCR-SSCP.

设计5对引物，采用PCR-SSCP技术检测催乳素（prolactin，PRL）基因外显子1至外显子5在高繁殖力绵羊品种和低繁殖力绵羊品种（多赛特、特克塞尔和考力代）中的单核苷酸多态性，同时研究该基因对小尾寒羊高繁殖力的影响。

Genetic polymorphism and aggregation of seven sheep populations, including three breeding sheep populations (breeding F1, F2 and Bamei mutton sheep), three introduced mutton sheep breeds (Texel, Dorset and German Merino sheep) and one local female parent population, were assessed using 10 microsatellite markers.

方法］利用10个微卫星标记对3个选育绵羊群体（选育级进1代、级进2代、巴美肉羊），3个引进肉羊品种（德克塞尔、无角道塞特、德国美利奴）和1个当地母本群体进行微卫星标记鉴定，分析这7个绵羊群体的多态性和遗传聚集性。
