The results showed that: three major peaks,humuslike fluorescence peak A,proteinlike fluorescence peaks B and C appeared on the threedimensional fluorescence spectroscopy;the DOM fluorescence intensity was well related with DOC and CODMn,indicating that fluorescence dissolved organic matter content can reflect both the organic carbon content and the organic matter content by oxidation in the water in August,during the nonalgae bloom outbreak period,fluorescence intensity had a poor correlation with chlorophyll a,indicating that phytoplankton was not the main source of the fluorescent substances.

结果显示：小江回水区DOM的三维荧光光谱主要表现出3个峰，类腐殖质荧光峰A、类蛋白荧光峰B和C；DOM荧光强度与DOC、CODMn相关性较好，表明荧光溶解有机物质的含量可以较好反映水体中有机碳和可被氧化有机物的含量；在8月份非水华暴发时期荧光强度和叶绿素a相关性较差，表明DOM荧光物质主要不是由浮游植物产生。

These are main problems of eutrophication.In this paper we selected alga that suits to grow under different concentration of nutrition, after selecting seed, domesticating, culturing alga purely in the lab, we gained Hydrodictyon reticulatum and microalga, most of which are Miorocystis and chlorella.

本文选取在不同营养水平条件下适合生长的藻类物种，在实验室进行选种、驯化和纯化培养，得到水网藻和微藻(主要为微囊藻Miorocystis、小球藻chlorella)；以实验室培养的生长速度快、生产能力高的水网藻为原料，制备一系列环境友好性光敏物质——叶绿素及其衍生物，运用光敏氧化分光光度法测定活性氧(O_2~-，H_2O_2，·OH，和~1O_2)，根据其光敏产生活性氧效率，进行光敏物质的筛选；选用叶绿素铜及其钠盐，以微藻为实验控制对象，以Cu~(2+)作培养对照，在相同光照、营养条件下进行控藻实验。

Using hydrodynamical/N-body simulations and pure dark matter simulations, we found the dark haloes in the first kind of simualtions are more concentrated than in the second kind of simualtions. This result could increase the predicted probability of giant-arcs in gavitational lensing and cancel the great difference between the theoretical and observational results.

CPE based on the solubility and cloud point phenomenon of aqueous solutions of surfactants, upon alteration of the experimental conditions such as pH value of solution, ionic strength, temperature, and the solution is separated into phases, which results in the separation of hydrophobe and hydrophile.

浊点萃取(Cloud-Point Extraction， CPE)是近年出现的一种新兴的液-液萃取技术，它以表面活性剂胶束水溶液的溶解性和浊点现象为基础，通过改变实验参数，如溶液的pH值、离子强度、温度等引发相分离，从而将疏水性物质与亲水性物质分离。

Studied the coordination chemical reaction of Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Mg、Ca、Al with TC,OTC,CTC and the ternary association of Co-OTC、Ni-CTC with DAN,we found that the formation of new compounds improved significantly the hydrophilic properties of TCs,the TCs are transformed into hydrophobe from hydrophilic matter.
