The biometallogenesis system of Jinya gold deposits consists of the following procedure: pre-concentration of gold and metallogenic matter in living organisms in Luodian-Danchi rift depositional basin; solution, absorption and concentration of metallogenic matter in organic matter and organic thermal fluid generated from organisms during lithogenesis; migration of gold and metallogenic matter in organic fluid from basin to Lingyun underwater carbonate platform and concentration at its boundary convex (palaeo-blind-mountain) during basin compaction ; metallization due to depth thermal fluid making organic fluid thermal degradation and forming new fluid which riches in gold and sulfur, and the fluid migrating upward and depositing in upside ore-controlling structures because of absorptions by organic carbon and atc.

通过研究金牙金矿作用的生物成矿系统内容为：在早、中三叠世罗甸—丹池裂谷盆地接受沉积时，生物对金等成矿物质就存在预富集作用；在成岩过程中，生物转化为有机质及有机热流体，对生物及沉积物中的金等成矿物质存在溶解、萃取、富集作用；在盆地压实成岩作用中，盆地中有机热流体向凌云水下碳酸盐台地运移，并在台地边缘外凸部位集中，此过程流体携带大量成矿物质，对金等成矿物质存在迁移集中作用；深部热流上侵使有机流体发生降解和释放金的热作用、形成高含金的有机热液，含金热液上移在构造通道中沉积并被有机碳再次吸附，最终形成金矿床，对金存在成矿作用。

For confirmation of this ancient legend and found out the sexual improvement compounds the testosterone and NO in serum of mice were measured,the weight of sexual organs of mices was detected and the sex behaviour of mice was observed.The testosterone and NO concentration in serum of mice as indicator for screening some improving sexual compounds from Chinese chives was builted.1、The preliminary experiment of Chinese chives confirm sexual improvement functionThe sexual improvement function experiments of Chinese chives comparing with herba epimedii,herba cynomorii and radices morindae which were acknowledged as chinese herbals having sexual improvement function were carried out.The result was showed that the Chinese chives was confirmed having sexual improvement function,though its efficacy was less than herba epimedii,herba cynomorii and radices morindae.

为了证实古代医学认为韭菜的壮阳功能，揭示韭菜起温肾壮阳作用的化学物质基础，开发其功能性物质成分，本实验首先应用韭菜酒精初提液对小鼠睾酮、NO含量、性器官、性行为等指标的测定，验证韭菜是否具有改善性功能作用，然后以小鼠睾酮、NO含量等为指标对韭菜中的壮阳物质进行逐步分离和改善性功能作用筛选，以鉴定出几种改善性功能的物质。1、韭菜改善性功能的验证将韭菜与淫羊藿、琐阳、巴戟天三种有温肾补养功能的中草药进行比较，发现韭菜改善性功能作用不如淫羊藿、琐阳、巴戟天壮阳中草药的效果明显，但是韭菜还是具有显著的改善性功能作用的(P＜0.001)。

The studies was proceeded on the the supercritical CO2 extraction technique of rotenone from Tephrosia vogelii. The extraction influences of technology conditions were systematically groped, The research results were listed as follows:1 The analysis method applied in this paper has been proved to be suitable to technology research of the studies on the SC-CO: extraction technique of rotenone from Tephrosia vogelii. 3 indexes, extraction ratio of rotenone. extraction ratio of total compounds and rotenone content percent in total compounds weight, were carried out with HPLC quantitatively determination combined with the sample weight loss after extraction. With these 3 indexes. The extraction influences of technology conditions were evaluated by synthesis. Then the best technology conditions were ascertained for different extraction aims.2 The pretreatment of rough material should be needed before extraction. Comminuting the material to 0.28mm size is most fit to SC-CO: extraction.3 Firstly static extracting 20 min then turn to dynamic doing is the better extraction mode than other ones.4 The orthogonal experiment was conduct with 3 factors and 5 levers.

本论文通过对非洲山毛豆SC-CO_2萃取中影响萃取效果的工艺条件的研究，初步得出如下结果：(1)本论文中所采用的萃取效果评价方法适宜于非洲山毛豆中鱼藤酮的超临界流体萃取技术研究，该方法具体为：HPLC定量分析非洲山毛豆SC-CO_2萃取物中的鱼藤酮含量，再结合萃取前后处理样品的重量损失，得出鱼藤酮萃取率、萃取所得粗物质萃取率和粗物质中鱼藤酮含量三个参数，以此三个指标综合评价萃取条件对萃取效果的影响；(2)通过对原料粒度对萃取效果影响的研究，结果表明SC-CO_2萃取非洲山毛豆复叶中的鱼藤酮，原料粉碎成30目粒度叶粉时萃取效果较好；(3)通过对萃取方式与萃取效果之间关系的研究，结果表明SC-CO_2萃取非洲山毛豆中鱼藤酮应采用先静态后动态的萃取方式，静态萃取时间为20min；(4)通过温度、压力和CO_2流量三因素五水平的正交试验，结果表明温度是最主要的影响因素，压力因素对鱼藤酮萃取率的影响程度高于CO_2流量，而对于粗物质萃取率和粗物质中鱼藤酮含量CO_2流量因素高于压力。
