In order to screen out fine pastures adapted to the east seashores of China,Spartina patens mutant lines induced by low energy heavy ion were grown in a simulating the seashore condition outdoors.A comparison of biomass and photosynthetic ability among 10 mutant lines had been carried out,contents of main organic and inorganic nutritients and main heavy metals in above-ground parts of each line were assayed.

为从经低能重离子诱变的狐米草突变系中筛选出适合在滩涂生长、营养丰富的牧草株系，在前文比较了模拟滩涂环境种植的各突变系生物量和光合能力的基础上，本文进一步检测了几种主要有机和无机营养成分含量以及几种主要重金属污染元素在各突变系地上部分的积累量。
