Results show that, by uv-vis spectra, fluorescence spectra and Fourier infrared spectra transform all successfully gained water-soluble CdTe quantum dots. With the increase of water-soluble CdTe quantum dot concentration increasing, Achyranthes Bidentata root length and the seed vigor reduced ordinally, but its germination changed no obviously, suggested the space mutagenesis treatment can improve Achyranthes Bidentata seed vigor.

结果表明，紫外－可见光谱、荧光光谱和傅立叶红外变换光谱图均说明已成功制备水溶性CdTe量子点；随水溶性CdTe量子点浓度增大，牛膝的根长和种子活力依次降低，但其对发芽势影响的规律不明显，经空间诱变处理能提高牛膝种子活力。

This project is located in the area of Majia community, Wenjingjiang Town,Chongzhou City, expanding area of three thousand Mu, with plant called oxtail bamboo shoots planted by about three hundred families who had sufferred from earthquake. The oxtail bamboo shoots need speciall living condition.

A complete bovine 18ku-bFGF gene was cloned by nested-PCR and subcloned into expression vector pET-28a.The recombinant plasmid pET-28a-bFGF was transformed into Escherichia coli BL21.At 25℃,recombinant protein was induced by 0.5mmol/L IPTG for 5 hours.Supernatant of cell lysate was purified using Ni-NTA method and the products was submitted to detect the bioactivity by Western-blotting,which indicated that the fusion protein contained recombinant bovine bFGF.Results showed that recombinant bovine bFGF was produced and solubly existed in the supernatant.NIH-3T3 fibroblasts were used to detect the bioactivity of the fusion protein.
