结果上述3种试验对健康人、羊、牛、猪共计140份血清检查均为阴性反应，用DAgS-ELISA对布氏菌感染人、羊、牛、猪共计150份血清检查，其阳性率分别为91.4%、74.6%、66.7%及66.7%，从总体而言，检查的特异性及敏感性，以DAgS-ELISA优于SAT及RBPT。
