本研究分两部分进行，第一部分为：防护植物筛选试验，包括鸡眼草、百脉根、木豆和马棘等豆科植物与狗牙根、荆条等其它科植物共16种；第二部分为四种人工混播组合：即，A弯叶画眉草(60%+百脉根(20%)+白三叶(20%)、B狗牙根(60%+鸡眼草(20%)+百脉根(20%)、C高羊茅(40%+紫羊茅(20%)+荆条(15%)+美丽胡枝子(10%)+马棘(15%)、D高羊茅(40%+紫羊茅(20%)+马棘(15%)+盐肤木(15%)+刺槐(10%)。

对经曲面断层片筛选出的18例19枚埋伏牙进行牙科三维CT检查，扫描层厚1.0mm，重建后进行图像三维断面显示（包括水平位，矢状位，冠状位），对牙位图像进行分析及测量（包括埋伏牙牙长轴的角度，牙根弯曲度，牙冠的最大径，与骨皮质的距离，与邻牙根、神经孔／管的距离；骨质的厚度、高度等）。

And Cynodon dactylon reached to peak, which were 2.88 and 2.87 times of 4 h treatment respectively; but after 24 h treatment, activities of SOD of Cynodon dactylon had lower speed. The activities of POD have the same trend to activities of SOD.
