Abstract〕Objective:To study the tooth size correlation between permanent cuspid and bicuspid group and other teeth groups in malocclusion.

摘要〕 目的：研究错、正常的尖牙、双尖牙组与其它组牙的相关性，为尖牙、双尖牙组的预测提供科学依据。

Dentin tooth dentin constitute the main material, is located in the inner enamel and cementum, it is better hard enamel.

牙本质』牙本质是构成牙齿主体的物质，位于牙釉质和牙骨质的内层，不如牙釉质坚硬。

Results Compared with T1, statistically significant increases were recorded in all dentoalveolar and dental arch widths, except for the intermolar width measured fossa, and also arch perimeter at T2 (P＜0.05). No significant changes were found in the arch depth.

结果 与T1阶段相比，T2阶段除了磨牙中央窝点间牙弓宽度测量项目外，所有牙槽弓、牙弓宽度测量值以及牙弓周长测量值均显著增大（P＜0.05），但牙弓长度的变化无统计学意义。

Methods: Fifty-fix adolescents were chosen and divided into first premolar extraction and nonextraction groups, with 30 and 26 patients respectively. The pretreatment and posttreatment panoramic radiographs were taken. The indexes of third molar eruption space, distance from third molar to occlusal plane and the length of mandible were measured and analyzed.

选择56例上下颌第三磨牙均存在的患者进行方丝弓正畸治疗，按照第一前磨牙拔除与否分为拔牙组（30例）和非拔牙组（26例），利用术前术后曲面断层片对患者上下颌第三磨牙萌出间隙、第三磨牙与胎平面的距离以及下颌长度进行测量分析。

RESULTS: VIP-immunoreactive nerve fibers were expressed from apical foramina to the central pulp as bunchy line,and became fan-shaped at the cervical line,more branches in the coronal pulp.Some branches surrounded blood vessels,some branches terminated in the pulp matrix,the others passed Raschkow nerve plexus and run forward the odontoblastic layer and the predentine,but not went into dentine.

结果：VIP阳性神经纤维自根尖孔呈束状进入牙髓，至颈部扇形分开，在冠髓大量分支，部分围绕在血管周围，部分终止于牙髓基质，部分参与形成成牙本质细胞层下Raschkow神经丛，然后发出分支伸入成牙本质细胞层和前期牙本质，但不进入成熟牙本质。

The slices were treated by immunohistochemistry reaction and the image analysis. 目的 本研究通过酶消化法分离培养脂肪干细胞，运用牙胚细胞条件培养液体外诱导脂肪干细胞向成牙本质样细胞分化，再将脂肪干细胞与成釉器上皮细胞混合接种入体内建立牙髓-牙本质复合体模型，证实大鼠脂肪干细胞的成牙潜能，为牙齿组织工程化研究获得大量、稳定、可靠的种子细胞提供理论和实验依据；并为体内、外成牙微环境的机理研究构建新的模型。

Maxillary central incisors had a slightly greater pulpal blood flow values than maxillary lateral incisors. The flow values from 15 teeth with necrotic pulp or pulpless teeth were significantly lower than that from the control teeth. Before therapy the values from 16 deep caries teeth were all higher than that from the control teeth. After therapy, most (15/16) of those values decreased to normal in three days. The value of one tooth with deep caries remained high, and one week later, the pulp became necrosis.
