The outside sealing component -corrugated tube of valve can affect outside sealing properties of valve. Through finite element analyse of stress state of corrugated tube, the stress status which are under stretch, compress and stretch-compress action are obtained. Combined with test, the stability, detonation pressure and rigidity of corrugated tube are analyzed. The result showed that corrugated tube is safety under working pressure and when stretch-compress displacement is less than 60% of maxmium displacement.
