Based on the theoretical calculation model for the structural information of metal melt, the main structural information, including relative concentration of active atoms, average diameter of the atomic clusters and the number of short-range atoms inside them, was achieved. Finally, by multiple non-linear fitting of experimental data, the function about viscosity and size of atomic clusters was established.

利用金属熔体结构信息的理论计算模型，得到该温度区间内铝熔体的主要结构信息，包括激活原子的相对浓度、原子集团的平均直径及其内部包含近程原子数等，最终通过实验数据的多次非线性拟合发现黏度与原子集团的尺寸之间存在函数关系。

The results showed that the fracture toughness of the weld of HFW pipe was lowest.The value of absorbed energy of HFW weld was closely related to the heat treatment process.But the fracture toughness of fusion zone of submerged-arc welded jointer,its microstructure was coarse granular bainite,and was lower than the other locations of heat affected zone;and with the increasing of steel strength,the effect of welding heat cycles on the pipeline steel became stronger,and form coarse microstructure in fusion zone leading to decrease fracture toughness.

结果表明，高钢级管线钢高频焊接焊缝处的断裂韧性最低，其冲击功大小与热处理工艺密切相关；而埋弧焊接热影响区断裂韧性在熔合线处最低，其主要原因是此处的组织为粗大的粒状贝氏体，而且强度越高焊接热循环对管线钢的作用越强，在熔合线附近更容易产生粗大组织，使断裂韧性降低。

Bonding structure and the change of chemical composition at the Cu/ceramic interface are investigated systematically with microanalysis. Furthermore, it is observed that copper bonding to Al〓O〓 ceramic is formed by chemical reaction between Cu〓O within the Cu-Cu〓O eutectic and Al〓O〓 at high temperature, CuAlO〓 as a reaction result is produced, mechanic join and physical osmose are not the main factor.

运用多种显微分析技术，对铜-陶瓷键合界面的微观结构，以及键合前后物相化学成份的变化，进行了系统的研究，在此基础上，明确了Cu-Al〓O〓陶瓷的键合机理；机械交联和物理渗透不是形成键合的首要因素，键合是通过Cu-Cu〓O共晶熔体中的Cu〓O相在高温下与Al〓O〓陶瓷发生了化学反应，形成了牢固的化学键合，同时伴随有一些CuAlO〓物相的生成。
