A blast furnace producing 200 thousand tons of high silica low carbon and sulfur liquidiron each year was built for the Ductile Iron Pipe Capacity Expansion project along with a 30㎡sintering machine and its auxiliary equipments, a 3MW gas-driven power installation, a liquid iron storage equipment and a strand pig casting machine.
