Based on the recent practice on controlling coal ash content to improve coke quality, the possibility of increasing the ratio of weakly caking coal in blends is studied.

研究表明，在宝钢配煤中，当弱粘比由47％增加到63％，焦炭的冷强度几乎保持同一水平，同时由于增加了弱粘煤配比，相应增加了焦炭中抗高温碱侵蚀能力强的各向同性结构，有利于在高炉中保持焦炭结构、缓解焦炭劣化。

The result shows that the qualities of coke were improved generally if coking experiment was done with preliminary disposed coal in which the percentage of weakly caking coal increases to 45%.

研究结果表明，使用预处理后的煤炼焦可在弱粘煤配比提高到45%以上时仍能全面提高焦炭质量；能显著提高炼焦生产能力、减少焦化废水，并能缩短炼焦时间；炼焦的副产品，焦油中芳香烃明显增加，煤气中氢气增加，甲烷减少。

Because of coal blending caking propert is not enough and the alkali metal content is high,it causes the coke quality relatively poor,so we do a series of experiment to improve coke quality in accordance with Pan Gang coal blending .
