结果：确定最佳制备工艺为：人参粉碎成细粉，黄连、大黄分别用乙醇提取，黄芪、水蛭、猪苓三药用水共煎，各提取物干浸膏细粉与人参细粉混匀，装胶囊；有效成分含量的控制标准为：每粒胶囊中含人参皂苷〓不低于0.235mg；人参、黄连是六味糖肾胶囊发挥降糖作用的主要药味；六味糖肾胶囊中小檗碱在动物体内的分布和消除速度均较适中，但病理模型动物与正常动物相比吸收较差。
