Objective: To observe the effects of Feisuqing Apozem on blood gas analysis and blood viscosity of the patients with acute episode of COPD and respiratory failure.

Methods: 30 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 15 patients per group. Both took the routine medical treatment, at the same time Feisuqing Apozem was added to treatment group.

Methods: 1. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were established renal calcium oxalate calculi model. 2. The different dose of LBP, medlar soak and apozem was given.
