The results show that: the fillers of SiO_2 based investment consist of SiO_2,Al_2O_3 and MgO,and the binder is NH_4H_2PO_4;for SiO_2 based investment,the bulk density and the compression strength decrease,the apparent porosity and the thermal expansion increase,when the specimens are heated to 900 ℃;the fil.

结果表明：氧化硅系包埋料的骨料是氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化镁，结合剂为磷酸二氢铵，其900℃煅烧后显气孔率增加，体积密度下降，耐压强度降低，热膨胀增大；氧化铝系包埋料的骨料是氧化铝和氧化镁，结合剂为磷酸二氢铵，其900℃烧后显气孔率增加，体积密度下降，热膨胀变化不大；氧化镁系包埋料的骨料是氧化镁和氧化铝，结合剂是铝酸钙水泥，其900℃烧后耐压强度明显降低，热膨胀明显增大。

As it is difficult to observe the calcine status and to colligate and analyze lots of craftworks parameter in time, and to note and contrast well and truly abundant data in the kiln, it is necessary to carry out detection online continuously and real time aiming to the material quantity and temperature in the cement kiln, utilizing multimedia technology which links the theory of computer and image-disposal and radiate diathermancy.

针对水泥回转窑生产中难以定量观察封闭窑体内的煅烧状况；难以及时综合分析大量的工艺参数；难以准确记录对比大量数据等问题，利用多媒体技术将计算机与图像处理理论、辐射传热理论相结合，实现连续实时对水泥回转窑烧成带物料量和温度的在线检测。

The results: the phase transferring range of TiO2 is between 600-750℃; with the doping of tourmaline, the UV-VIS adsorption spectrum of Nd/TiO2 was basically not affected, and showed a gradual Einstein shift with the increase of calcined temperature between 300-750℃; OH intensity of Nd/TiO2 could be enhanced both in irradiation and in no irradiation when tourmaline was added in it; the doping of 0.6% tourmaline led to the best photocatalytic activity of Nd/TiO2 and the best photocatalytic effect appeared when calcined at 600℃.

结果发现TiO2的相变转化区间在600~750℃范围内；电气石掺入对Nd/TiO2材料的光吸收范围基本没有影响，在300~750℃范围煅烧后，随温度升高UV-VIS图谱有逐渐红移现象；电气石的加入使得Nd/TiO2材料在光照及未光照条件下都起到增强OH强度的作用；在Nd/TiO2材料中掺入0.6%的电气石获得最好的光催化活性，600℃下煅烧光催化效果较优。

On the view of crystallography, the forming process of crystal structure of MgO during the burning of magnesite and the effect on its chemical activity were discussed.

讨论了菱镁矿烟烧过程中MgO晶体结构的形成过程以及对MgO活性的影响，当菱镁矿的煅烧温度低于800℃时，由菱镁矿的晶体结构逐渐转变形成的MgO晶体结构中存在较多的缺陷，赋予MgO高的化学活性，这些缺陷位置是其与MgCl_2水溶液进行化学反应形成5.1.8相的物化活性点。

The effect of 10% excess PbO addition on the phase transformation from pyrochlore to PbMg(subscript 1/3Nb(subscript 2/3)O3 was studied.
