Methods: A total of 36 senior high school students were diagnosed as exam anxiety of medium or severe degree using the Exam Anxiety Diagnostic Scale, and 32 of them received and 29 completed comprehensive group psychotherapy including abreaction recogn ition and relaxition training compared with control group. In this paper, a self-edited anxiety inf luencing-factor inventory was used as its' reliability and validity was confirmed.
