Results Before interference all primiparae were more anxious and depressed than the normal and they were afraid of vaginal delivery. After interference not only the anxiety and depression but also the rate of cesarean section was lower in the study group than that in the control one.

结果干预前两组焦虑、抑郁状态均高于正常，对自然分娩自信心状态低于正常：干预后干预组焦虑、抑郁及选择剖宫产分娩率均低于对照组，对自然分娩自信心提高。

Results Among the whole primiparae observed,the anxious rate was 35.0%,the depress rate was 28.3%,while 16.7% were both anxious and depress.

结果 120例产妇焦虑发生率35.0%，抑郁发生率28.3%，焦虑并抑郁发生率16.7%。
