The waste combustion in the waste bed and the impacts of the waste burning efficiency are complex. In order to solve this problem, the method of numerical simulation has been adopted to simulate waste combustion, and calculate the mass loss rate, moisture evaporation, volatile release, char burning rate. Used the total flow rate of primary air between 50～1 000 Nm3/min to calculate the mass loss, excess air coefficient of waste bed, components of the gas. Calculated results show that the burning efficiency is higher when the total flow rate of primary air is at 517.47～632.09 Nm3/min .

针对垃圾焚烧炉床层内垃圾燃烧过程复杂性及影响垃圾燃烧效率因素多的问题，运用数值仿真方法对某垃圾焚烧炉床层垃圾燃烧进行了模拟，获得了垃圾质量流失速率、水分蒸发速率、挥发分释放速率、焦炭燃烧速率和烟气的温度；并在50～1 000 Nm3/min范围内改变一次风流量，获得了床层质量流失比值、过剩空气系数和烟气中各组分的质量百分比含量。

When medical waste is being incinerated, the carton box shipping it is to be stored in the freezer of the incineraton site by a dedicated vehicle and then medical waste is poured into the feeding port of incinerator through the automatic conveyer. After being metered, waste goes into the incinerator. Under the high temperature of 900-1100℃, waste is burned to dust. The combustion chamber is equipped with auxiliary boiler for adapting to the change of medical waste calorific value and assuring burning temperature and effect.

Based on the above actuality, this paper studied the high quality incineration technics and theory in a self-designed rotary incinerator. The variation of several operation conditions such as waste feedrate, excess air ratio, air distribution and rotation speed of the fulcra has been employed to study the formation and control theory of NOx, SO〓and HCl. Based on the experimental results, a simple and comprehensive model has been proposed to describe the process of acid gas formation and reduction. The results show that the formation of pollutants strongly depend on the incineration state of the solid waste in the rotary incinerator.

本研究在—自行设计的新型转式垃圾焚烧炉中，重点研究了焚烧炉的优质焚烧工艺和理论，并在此基础上，研究模化有机垃圾在转式焚烧过程中酸性污染气体NOx，SO〓和HCl的生成控制原理，特别是研究进料率、过剩空气系数、配风和转轴转速等条件对NOx，SO〓，HCl生成的影响，并在此基础上建立了转式垃圾焚烧炉中酸性污染气体的生成理论模型，结果表明，焚烧过程污染物的生成强烈地依赖于垃圾在转式焚烧炉内的燃烧状态，必须在高垃圾燃烬率和低污染物排放之间寻找优化的平衡条件。
