Monotubular heater is an important apparatus in Bayer process of alumina extraction used in Pingguo Aluminum Company. However, since several years cracking in its weld joints occur and the production process is then interrupted by leaking of liquor.

单管预热器是平果铝拜尔法生产氧化铝的重要设备，经常在其焊缝区发生开裂泄露，影响生产，必须对造成其开裂的主要原因进行研究并提出有效的防护措施，以延长其使用周期。

试验结果表明，T2铜／2A50铝合金，采用先锻接，后加热到515~525℃之间，保温180 min，并在加热和保温过程中通过特殊的夹具提供给试样压力，能得到冶金结合的T2铜／2A50铝合金接头，接头界面处出现了明显的焊缝。
