介绍了本钢冷轧厂闪光焊机的工作原理及基本焊接数据，详细的分析了针对不同规格产品焊机的工艺参数控制与调节，尤其针对冷轧厂超薄规格的BSP短流程的热轧来料，经过大量的焊接实验，从原料、设备、工艺等各个角度进行了全面系统的分析，给出了适合冷轧厂生产的完整焊接工艺参数，从而达到了优良焊接的目的。

The law how these factors influence the joint"s property was pointed out. A formula about the relationship between extrusion times and contamination remainder was founded. Main reason to bimetal"s inharmonic deformation was the difference of their mechanical property. Thereby, the empirical formula showing the relation between metal combination"s mechanical property and quality of joint was constructed. Integrated influence of extrusion times and metal"s mechanical property to quality of cold pressure welding joint was discussed.

Under torch brazing condition, using brazing filler metals of Cu-based and Ag-based, a series of tests are investigated to braze Ti based cermets and 45 steel, the micrographic structure of joints and shearing test results are analyzed, they show that Ti based cermets has good brazability.

By measuring the residual stresses of the cylinder of a cement ball mill in four cases,and the fatique crack spreading for the thermal treatment and the un thermal treatment test samples,the results showed that the heat treatment sample reduced the residual stress,enhanced the fatique strength and lowered the crack spreading speed.
