The result of welding test show that we can acquire all wool and a yard wide welding joint between the pickax boot wearable materials (2C) and pickax body materials through selecting fit welding material and drawing up the reasonable welding craft.

焊接试验结果表明，通过选择合适的焊接材料以及制定合理的焊接工艺，能够获得所选镐靴耐磨性能最好的2C试样与镐体材料优质的焊接接头。

Through the failure analysis of tamping pick and abrasion contrast test, we select the fit pickax shoe wearable material; through the welding and performance test, we set about from selecting welding rod and establishing welded craft with reason to judge whether the welding between the pickax shoe wearable material which we have selected and the pickax body material or not?

应用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等材料分析手段以及MLD-10动载磨料磨损试验机、JB-36型三用冲击试验机等试验设备，对所选材料的耐磨性能和焊接试件的焊接质量进行分析测试，以确定分体式结构制造捣镐的工艺中最佳镐靴耐磨材料及其与镐体材料捍接过程中的最佳焊接材料和焊接工艺。

It is shown that the effect of dynamic thermal tensioning by trailing intensive cooling is greatly influenced by the heat-dissipating conditions of the fixtures.Without uniform preheating it is difficult for trailing intensive cooling alone to create a saddle-shaped temperature field and the mechanism of reducing distortion is equivalent to the decrease of welding heat input. While combined with uniform preheating ,dynamic thermal tensioning comes into being to some degree and the effect of reducing distortion increases obviously.

研究表明，由随焊激冷造成的动态温差拉伸减小焊接变形的效果受夹具自身散热条件的影响较大：不采用整体预热时，难以造成马鞍形温度场，此时减小焊接变形的机理主要是焊接线能量的等效降低；采用整体预热后，能够造成一定程度的温差拉伸，减小焊接变形的效果明显提高。

Sampling test aims at showing the real technical skill of welders, which can avoid the specially welded joints or self-chosen joints by welders for inspection, so as to ensure the reliability of the welding joint.
