The results show that laser-arc welding can achieve full penetration by single-path butt jointing through appropriate parameters; Y shape groove with 8 mm truncated edge can enhance the penetration ability of laser-arc hybrid welding. Low welding speed is good for penetration, however the limitation still exists for hick plates joint. Gap is significant factor of penetration when work pieces is large thickness. The hardness of thick plates joint shows that there is big difference in mold of vertical thermal cycle using laser-arc hybrid welding.

结果表明：通过激光功率等焊接规范匹配，激光-电弧复合焊接能实现20 mm厚板的全熔透单道对接；钝边为8 mm的Y形坡口有助于提高厚板激光-电弧复合焊缝熔透能力；降低焊接速度有利于提高熔深能力；工件厚度较大时，装配间隙对焊缝熔深能力的影响较为显著；接头硬度表明厚板激光复合焊焊缝纵向热循环模式存在较大差异。

The mechanical properties and microstructure of the joints joined by the new developed filler metal and TC18 filler metal were compared,the results showed that only the strength of the joint joined by TC18 filler metal was satisfied,while the comprehensive mechanical properties of the joint joined by the developed filler wire were ideal.

对采用研制的焊丝和采用TC18同质焊材钨极氩弧焊焊接TC18钛合金的接头力学性能及微观组织进行了对比研究，结果表明：采用同质焊材焊接TC18钛合金只能保证接头的强度指标，而采用研制的新型焊丝焊接TC18钛合金，可以保证接头具有优良的综合力学性能。

The results show that the spreading area of series Ni-P filler metal increases with the increase of brazing temperature, and the spreading areas of Ni-P filler metal is larger than that of Ni-Cr-P filler metal; the shear strength of the brazed joint at room temperature increases with the increase of temperature from 925℃ to 1000℃, and the shear strength of the stainless steel joint brazed with Ni-P filler metal is superior to that with Ni-Cr-P filler metal by 30~40 MPa in the same brazing technology.

结果表明，Ni-P系钎料铺展面积随钎焊温度的升高而增大，并且相同温度下不含Cr的Ni-P钎料铺展面积大于Ni-Cr-P的铺展面积；钎焊温度从925 ℃升高到1000 ℃过程中，Ni-P、Ni-Cr-P钎料钎焊不锈钢接头的室温剪切强度均增大，并且在相同钎焊工艺下，不含Cr的Ni-P钎料钎焊不锈钢接头室温剪切强度优于Ni-Cr-P钎焊接头强度30~40 MPa；Ni-P系钎料钎焊接头高温强度随温度升高而下降，测试温度超过500 ℃时，相同温度下含Cr的钎料能够提高钎焊接头强度0~30 MPa。

The results demonstrate that welds with good appearances could be obtained when welding with the appropriate processing parameters. The as-welded joint tensile strength without filler wire is 180.7 MPa, while the tensile strength is 190 MPa when welding by one side with the filler wire of AlSi12 or AlMg4.5MnZr.

研究结果表明，在合适的工艺参数下，可以获得表面光洁、正反面焊缝成型良好的对接接头；焊态下，单面焊接不填充焊丝的接头强度为180.7 MPa；单面焊接填充AlSi12，AlMg4.5MnZr焊丝的接头强度最低为190 MPa，且两种填充焊丝接头的拉伸强度无明显差异；双面焊接填充AlMg4.5MnZr焊丝的接头强度达到200.7 MPa，约为母材的90%。

The results show that, the coefficients of welded joints are both greater than 0.9, but the yield strength of weld joint filled with Al-Mg-Zr-Sc welding wire is greater 100 MPa than that of filled with Al-Mg-Zr welding wire. It indicates that the Al-Mg-Zr-Sc welding wire is the best alteration of filling materials to weld of Al-Mg-Sc alloy.

但采用Al-Mg-Zr-Sc合金焊丝为填充材料时，焊缝晶粒组织明显细化，熔合区形成的细小等轴晶层提高了基材与焊缝填充材料的结合力，焊接接头的屈服强度比采用Al-Mg-Zr合金焊丝为填充材料时提高了100 MPa，显著提高了Al-Mg-Sc合金焊接构件的许用强度，因此焊接Al-Mg-Sc板材更宜采用Al-Mg-Sc-Zr焊丝。
